This is correct! We are staying at Dolphin the night before and will walk our luggage over to Boardwalk in the AM. The only downside is I have to stop by boardwalk the night before to get pick up time. I originally was staying at at CSR but switched to Dolphin because I happen to have family...
I was on a sailing where the ocean current prevented us from docking. It was sunny and beautiful weather so it was extra disappointing. The captain tried three times if I recall (April 2019 sailing)
for my family of 4, a car service was cheaper than the DCL shuttle and it was fun to take a car service (we stopped at a Publix along the way and picked up bottled water and sunscreen). Just be sure to think about how much luggage you will have when choosing vehicle type. My family often uses...
I have stayed at both the Swan and YC this year, I prefer YC because you get more Disney vibe. But, I find it too cold to swim in January So I wouldn’t base the decision on SAB. Beds were comfy at Swan and would stay there again based on budget.
Hi- I think both can end up taking similar times. We have done both on MK days.
BUT: my family has used WCC as a great way to take a break from MK and have a late lunch. (Doesn’t work for O’hana breakfast- we usually aren’t ready for a break that early)
Best part of WCC- I have made same day...
While I have found their entrees plenty of food, I think the add on was worth it because it includes coffee/juice as well, so essentially you are paying only a few dollars more for fruit and pastries. I also have a 12 yo son and a 14 yo son who are always hungry And enjoyed the add on pastries.
I just booked my first RCCL semi-last minute for spring break this year. Now that my kids are a bit older, I thought they would appreciate some of the activities that seemed to be geared towards older kids compared to DCL. I do feel the prices are not as transparent as DCL and I definitely feel...
Breakfast options are pretty disappointing. We really liked staying at BC last year (previous 4 trips had been at monorail resorts) except for I also find the QS at BC/YC to be pretty limiting. I was sad we couldn’t park hop into Epcot before 2pm because that limited our lunch options too. I am...
We love breakfast AND rope drop. I am taking my boys (11 and 14) in June (staying at YC) and I am trying to plan what to feed them for breakfast. We go about just about every year and it seems as though the early morning options have become more limited. Last summer we stayed at BC for the 1st...
There was only times after 9:00 pm for me yesterday at 60+4. I booked a 9:25 but I will likely cancel because I realistically don’t want to eat that late.
We just did the party this past Saturday. Compared to our previous dessert party experience (NYE 2019) it was more crowded in the viewing area and there were less dessert/food options.
Yes, we are a bit disappointed that there is no longer distancing and cases are rising, especially since my younger son isn’t eligible for the vaccine yet. We plan to wear masks indoors and have been rethinking indoor dining. At this point we can’t cancel with a full refund so we just decided to...
We have an ADR for Biergarten the first week of August and I was wondering if anyone knows if they still only seat one family per table. We love Biergarten, but sitting close to strangers as COVID numbers rise in FL may be out of our comfort zone.
On the other hand… (I have never been to Universal Orlando, just Hollywood) On a trip to LA a few years ago my family went to Disneyland for a few days and then Universal Hollywood and my HUSBAND remarked that he thought Disney felt more magical because they did a better job with theming in all...
Two questions:
1. How does one check cell data speed on an iPhone?
2. I just practice for the first time, at 1:00 pm- do I start on the AT-AT screen or the “join virtual queue“ screen?
