I can imagine . Dates aren’t fixed at all just needs to be some time between mid July and back by mid August, will ultimately depend on flight prices in the end though.

Trying to decide which one to book...music or sports. Do they tend to have large sports groups staying in mid July - mid August?

Why not just use the latch? Have there been reports of anyone in the shower with the occupied sign on and the latch on the door and the security check team have just walked in?

Maybe stupid of me, but them always being behind schedule with building work doesn’t make it ok. When someone books expecting a facility to be open (as per disneys announcements...yes a date isn’t on my booking but a great big banner on their property and an announcement on their blog is pretty...

The building work isn’t so much of an issue it’s the lack of facilities...proper food court, shop etc that I have an issue with. I suppose I didn’t expect them to push back the completion of opr yet again (from June to August and August to December).

And on the Disney parks blog, which when highlighted to Disney they then changed it to say fall 2018.

I think its unbelievable that Disney don’t think they need to comp guests staying there now. We booked at full rate for this August (after it was announced the food court would be re open end of August....3 days before our stay). The resort isn’t in any better state now than it was last summer...

Wouldn’t it just be best to have housekeeping come clean your room? They nearly always come in the morning and my kids would never nap in the morning.

Did you receive a comp gift card for your stay or did you book after that offer?

It took 20 mins for them to leave......Do they want to actually come in and search the room and bathroom? Would it not have been quicker and quieter to just let them have a quick glance around the room and then they would have left? I haven't read all of the replies so don't know to what extent...

We were there end July into August and there definitely seemed to be more fastpasses available throughout the day than there was the 2 years previous at the quieter end of August. I think it has made a difference to availability. Overall crowds were huge so I don't think it was down to...

Yes it's still there, we had a choice of beef, turkey or salmon.

Just over a week ago we got a last minute fastpass for tiana & rapunzel 5 minutes ahead of time at about 6pm, there were quite a few times to choose from throughout the evening.

Trying to find them. Totally get them not being along the river and on walkways, got frustrating last time trying to find them though when they're wrong on the map.
