Disputed the charges as there was never a response.

I ended up filing a dispute with the credit card and it is not yet resolved. Never got a response from the Dolphin. Contacted Bonvoy customer service and they didn't respond either.

This is absolutely correct. It was charged for both the cash and the Point room. Still awaiting reply to emails.

It was indeed charged to me. I have emailed twice asking about it as I can't seem to reach a real person. I haven't heard back but I will let you know when I do.

I have been unable to speak to an actual person and have emailed the accounting department as directed by the fake person who answered the phone. Haven't heard back yet. Another Dis'er stated that it wasn't actual charge but it most definitely was.

Did you get charged a "Room Revenue" fee? Checked out yesterday and had that charge ($180 per room) added on to the first nights' charges. No idea what it was for. It was in addition to the resort fee. Had two rooms, one booked with cash and one using points. The charge was on both rooms.

No room service, no car so no parking fees. The resort fee was $40/day and charged separately every day.

Going down for a long weekend. I tried to get a reservation for Sanaa but none are available to I'm not sure it's even open right now, but is the lounge? Are you able to visit a different resort (staying at the Dolphin) to eat without a reservation? We just really, really want the bread service!

The Sunken Treasure...it has been off menu for a few years now but a lot of the bartenders still know how to make it.
