    GoPro "Handle"

A GoPro mini tripod would have to be acceptable as long as it's pretty small (something that doesn't extend more than a few inches or so). First, because I've used just such a thing in the parks and never been questioned about it. Second, because I've seen vloggers like the Tim Tracker use them...

    Celebration area looks nice

My first thought on seeing pics and video was, "We traded the Fountain of Nations for this?" I feel like literally doing nothing would have been better.

    New Figment Meet & Greet

Well, we do leave an impression! And no, I'm not creeped out, so you're good.

Your best “beat the heat” products

We went in August one year and our saving grace was Frogg Togg cooling towels, and wide brim hats. Sort of like this:

    New Figment Meet & Greet

Obviously, we'd love to meet Figment... but not one member of my family would be willing to wait 2, 3, or even 5 hours to do so.

    Cash at the parks

It's all I will use when I travel anywhere in the country. If they don't take cash, they don't care enough to want my business and I'll go elsewhere. So short answer, yes Disney takes cash... happily.

    Boma or Saana?

I've done both. If it's just adults and these are your only choices, I'd do Sanaa.

Am I bad parent? Not walking to take my kids again?

DW and I went without any of our kids for our 25th wedding anniversary in 2016. We had more fun on that trip than any of the ones we did with our kids. No agendas, backstage tours, high end dining... there's so much you can accomplish when you do Disney without the little ones.

    Wish Day 1 Planning

You forgot potty breaks and the muster drill. :teeth: But seriously, if that's how you roll then go for it. Nobody can really tell you how to manage your family and their needs. Personally I think your plan is a little too regimented for me. DS and I were on the Wish in January and our first...

    Mickeys Mainsail on Disney wish

Mickey's Mainsail on the Wish feels very narrow compared to the main merch stores on the Magic and the Dream. That's what made it feel more crowded to me. Honestly, I didn't spend much time in there and didn't buy anything either, so... YMMV.

    Best tips/secrets for rides/parks?

Make dining reservations for off hours: breakfast after 10am, lunch after 1:30pm, dinner after 6:30pm Leave MK and go to a monorail resort for lunch or dinner, less crowded and often better food. Above all... get the bread service at Sanaa!

    Cast members need your respect

Can't say that I've had to deal with GR face to face but maybe one time. That one time, even though I felt very put-off about the situation, I knew that this CM wasn't responsible so all I really did was explain our expectations and our disappointment at those expectations being unmet. We got a...

Disney Dream adult only area drinks harassment?

Will it even be necessary to spend a lot of time in the adults only area on an 11-day trans-Atlantic cruise in early September? I can't imagine that there will be very many children on that cruise. That's a lot of time to miss from the first few weeks of school, at least here in the States...

The last resort you stayed at and the next resort you are staying at? and what year?

All Star Sports - January 2023 Nothing planned as of now, but if we do go back I'll lobby for POFQ - just love that resort.

    medication in their original containers?

I take a bunch of meds as well, and I usually put the bottles (just prescriptions, not supplements) in a one gallon ziploc bag with a list of each pill and dosage and my pill separator. Neven been questioned even when flying internationally.

Finally booked: Beachcomber shack at Typhoon Lagoon!

My favorite thing about our last trip to TL was that private space. Worth it for us but YMMV.

Guardians of the Galaxy Still Virtual

I landed a 7am VQ for Guardians in January (BG 17). It enabled us to go straight to the ride as soon as we got in the gate and ride within 15mins. I'd take that 10 out of 10 times over waiting in a line, even at rope drop.

Best table service restaurants for anniversary - not V&A

DW and I did an anniversary trip for our 25th (almost 7yrs ago now) and our favorites were California Grill, Sanaa, and Tiffins. At least back then, they were all very, very good.

Chef Mickey’s Buffet Returning Today..Anyone going this week that can review?

The last and only time we went to CM Pluto was meeting out front and Mickey was going around to tables. Sounds like they've switched. Either way, we weren't exactly blown away with the experience overall and prefer going to Tusker House for a character meal.
