We have no budget. I guess we've gone often enough to know a good rate for each category. Park tix are what they are. So wrong really don't plan a certain amount, just spend what is reasonable to us while we're there.

I'm a huge Fantastic fan. So last few times we got FP+ for tot and receive, then went right into fantastic. That's it, least amount of time possible. Curious to spend a day once they complete renovations.

DD lives away from us now. But I always remind myself that is nothing compared to what many moms deal withas. Kids with major health issues, addiction, teen pregnancy, etc. That always makes me feel blessed again, rather than sad.

We all have our preferences. Over the years, we almost never get to MK (or any park) before 9:30 or 10:00. Prefer to stay late instead, especially EMH.

I disagree. The grandparents have a choice in what they do with their money as well. If they take their parents down with them, that's their parents fault. Actually, my SIL in her late 50s wanted money from my DH's parents. They said sorry, no. (That's a long story too, but I'll spare you all.)
