We arrived at MCO on Saturday 2/19 at 10am and there was no one in line for Alamo. There were a few ppl in line for Budget, Avis, and Hertz. The only rental counter with a long line was Thrifty/Dollar.

Yep, like randumb0 said, any ticket counter or Disney Springs. We did it at a Epcot ticket window at the entrance while activating our AP's in December. Just speaking from my experience so I'm not sure if it's doable over the phone.

I'm not sure? Maybe call them and asked them to make the booking for you? Since I was getting that weird error message when trying to check in online and you are having issues with coupons maybe something funky is going out with coupon codes.

Not that I know of? I booked directly on the Costco Travel site, as I usually do. Alamo is able to see my reservation from their end, so I really hope there is a car available and I won't be left scrambling at the last minute.

That makes sense and I'm prepared to show my Costco card. I've never had to show it before and have always had it on me just in case. Maybe they flag people randomly, because I have always been able to check in/skip the counter online. Looks like I'll be doing check in at the counter this time...

Whoa, that is insane! It's frustrating enough with all these flight cancellations and very little available flights to reschedule to, but wow, for them to add a new - and now sold out - flight that is the same time as your original flight? Unreal.

Anyone know what time PreCheck at MCO opens in the morning? Will it be open for my 7am SWA flight? I know they close around 8pm (or at least they were closed already when we were there at 8:15pm last week), just not sure about morning hours. Thanks.
