Another vote for Bonine! I started taking 2 trips ago and it made a nice difference. I was advised that it may cause drowsiness (I never noticed though), so I take each night of my trip, starting the night before we leave. Our last trip was in 2019 and I almost forgot about the Bonine! Love...
