You might try the regular Disney reservations line. The night we checked in we tried to add a day and we’re told by the front desk that absolutely nothing available even for next Wed. I called reservations in the morning and it was no problem at all to add it so I guess experiences can vary…

I’m having the same issue Nov 8-16. I booked sports awhile back and was looking to change the past 2 days but literally no other rooms appear available! My friend is a travel agent and checked on her side and found the same thing…seems odd!

We stayed at POFQ 12/7-16 and it was great, definitely not even close to full. Our boat Captain to Disney Springs said he’d heard resorts were only 30% full. Reservations seemed very limited when I was checking before we left, makes perfect sense if they didn’t have enough staff.
