I got moved from my Boardwalk view room booked 11 months out to a regular room on the Inn side with a water view.

What? I remember when most wore nice clothes (and long pants for men) at all the meals. Over the years, that seems to have morphed into wearing whatever (including muscle shirts sometimes) into the restaurants. Hope they do not change the dress code for dinners at Palo.

Going on a cruise stopping in Progresso. Have never been to Progresso. What is there to do on our own in the port area? Is it similar to Cozumel with just a bunch of shops? How do you get from the pier to the port area (as I understand it is miles long)?

So they won't check the photos for each person to verify it is the same person on reservation? Not sure how strict they are as long as our reservation has the same number of attendees.

Are you sure about the sail away time? That seems very late. We have a NOLA cruise as well and our all aboard time is 3:30.

So, it sounds like you actually have to go through each to find them. I seem to recall a thread a while back where someone was tracking them by month.

Is there some place to see a listing of GT rates available on future cruises or do you just have to go into each cruise and look for them?

Have never booked the guaranteed with restrictions, but have a chance to on an upcoming cruise. The savings over what we have booked would be nearly $2,000. We have 2 rooms. A little nervous about the no-cancellation or change restriction and the unknown of where the rooms will be assigned...
