Finally got through, and tech support confirms that there are a number of problems going on at the moment and to check back in about an hour.

There's a 17 minute hold time for tech support. Makes me think I can't be the only one.

When you're searching, and the system takes one second longer than it usually does. You get that hope that maybe, just MAYBE something is happening in your favor? Maybe Disney is loading something great? I know I can't be the only one that gets excited. And I know no one outside of this group...

In the past 5 years, I was able to get a THV with a promotion every year. On a technicality THV was a 3BR, but with 2 BR square footage. I always got FD! This year I'm hearing different things. Either there's no availability, but THV is NOT excluded. Or as of this year THV are excluded. If...

I'm seeing Twitter a buzz saying that FD starts April 21st for selected arrivals from Jan 1- Oct 2017. This is for the UK. I hope the US dates start in 2016!

Thanks! When the GP offer comes out I'm going to try to change my dates. It's nice to know I have FD anyway.

My PIN had 12/5-12/14 blacked out. Why would the GP offer have less blacked out?
