Hello! We LOVED Maine. We did something every day, but we made very few firm plans. We also did a whole lot of relaxing, which was so nice. I think Colorado is next on our list. And we have a brand-new, beautiful grandson, born Sept. 28! 7 pounds, 13 ounces of pure sweetness. Thank you for asking!

As always, I am loving your report. So nice that your son was there with you! I used to love Red Lobster years ago, but the quality has really gone downhill. Those poor little scallops look pitiful!!

I 100% LOVE doing laundry. It's so satisfying to complete a job like that from start to finish! I also like to laundry on vacation. I fully admit that I am odd.

Great memory! Yes, we have our mother-daughter trip to St. Augustine mid-month. We're staying at the beach, so we think we'll do quite a bit of reading and lounging. A visit to the historic district, the lighthouse and a spa are also on our agenda. Maybe a ghost tour? She has a two-year-old, so...
