I was honestly ready to just give up and see if I got through online but it paid off to keep trying. The phone call was maybe 5 minutes long.

Call #199 did the trick. Now have two passes in addition to the one I already had. Woof.

I've called 126 times with no luck getting through. Could be worse - at least I'm not dialing a rotary phone.
