Not-so-scary Halloween Party....Is it worth it?

Hey. Just out of curiosity - have any of you guys attended that "Not So Scary Halloween Party" at the Magic Kingdom? I'm just wondering if I"m missing anything by not going. I mean, I'm going to be at WDW next week, but I have an annual pass and don't like the idea of paying extra. It might be...

    Trails End changes?

I don't like Outback. It's too noisy and the waiters always want to sit at your table while taking your order. I HATE that. Now, if they let Trails End be run by Western Sizzler, or even Ryans, that wouldn't be too bad. IF the prices were the same. Carol Official Disneyholic

Fort Wilderness Cabins w/golf cart or Polynesian on the monorail?

There's always one otter that has to be primadonna, isn't there? Camp at the fort, take the boat over to the Magic Kingdom and then jump on the monorail for lunch at Ohana's. Done deal.

Camping vs staying in value resort

...and it's better for the kids, and provides another way for them to have more 'quality' time with Dad. They can ride their bikes, go hiking, etc. I'm a tent camper, and with the AAA discount my site is $34/night for a partial hookup (who needs cable & sewer when you have a portable DVD...

    Squirrel vs. Crock Pot

Are there raccoons in Florida? A squirrel probably couldn't lift the lid off a crock pot, but a raccoon could. Although, the heat might keep it away. Raccoons can also lift plastic crates. Better use some heavy rocks on top.

    Disneyholics Anonymous

Hi, I'm Carol. And I'm a Disneyholic. Up until about a month ago, I was in denial. Sure, I would visit the Disneyworld website at least once a week, but who doesn't? Sure, I'm always planning my next trip to Disney, but doesn't everyone? And, yes, I have over twenty little disney pins...

    Wild Women's Weekend~April 23-27, 2009!

I'm committed to an 18th Century Living History event up in Illinois the weekend before that, so I don't think I"ll be feeling very "wild" that soon afterwards. But...if you were to change the date to another month....count me IN! Carol/Wunderwoman

    Archery @ FW?

Welcome to WDW! Besides, they probably are considering the cost of liability, with all those 6-year-olds out there learning to deer hunt.

    Decals

You could paint it on. I use to be a sign painter. One Shot Lettering Enamel would do the job quite nicely. I'm thinking about making a magnetic Mickey sign myself.:yay: Carol/Wunderwoman

    Decals

I was just kidding about the impersonation thing. I suspected you just liked the design. But I had been reading the thread and no one else had brought up the notion, so.... I was at the Magic Kingdom yesterday and saw a very similar design on the gold pins that the security guards (bag...

    "Free" Disney Dining Plan?

Please forgive me for asking a "newbie" question, but I've read messages referring to receiving a 'free' Disney Dining Plan. How do you get it for free, and what exactly are you getting for free? Surely, this does not mean that your meals are free....does it??? If so....I want...

    Disney Divas Getaway!!

WDW should throw us all a party. I will be there from 9/6 until 9/13 with two of my friends...celebrating my 50th Birthday. I'm thinking about getting us all t-shirts, or princess tiaras, haven''t decided on anything yet, though. Actually, I thought about making us 'fairy hats' like the...

Just Back from 4th July GG

I'm jealous. I didn't get to do anything but listen to the stupid neighbors shoot off their fireworks at 7:00 in the morning. Next year, I'm going to Disney World for the 4th!
