What you can do is take a course at a local community college the summer after you graduate, thats what I'm doing. from everything I've found out that will count as your college class and make you eligible as long as its a full 3 credit hour class :)

Haha that's pretty much everyone's goal tho isn't it? High reps though aren't exactly the best way to do it... If you wanna firm your thighs you should do about average sets and reps or alternate days one day high reps low sets the next day flip :)
