Thanks guys! I never thought about making things ahead and bringing down with us. The food stays frozen that long? We are doing ME, so I have no idea when we will actually get the food to stick in the freezer. We order food and have it delivered, we don't get a car. You guys have some great ideas.

I tend to use a lot of staples that I have in my pantry at home when I cook, so I am looking for some easy short cut ideas since I won't have those available to me.

So for the first time we are ditching the dining plan and cooking in. We are staying at BCV and there are two adults and four kids. I need some simple dinner ideas or easy lunches. I don't want to eat in every meal, but to keep costs down, we are going to have lunch and dinner in multiple times...

Raglan Road has my favorite dessert! The Pavlova, it is unbelievable. I have never been to Rose & Crown, but can highly recommend Ragland. The kids loved the entertainment too.

SSR is our home resort and we love it there. Transportation is the no problem, the only place where it is longer is if you stay at the Treehouse Villas. You can walk to Downtown Disney, which is great, especially for the additional restaurants. I think you will really enjoy it. Another nice...

My DD was also 8 at the time with a cast, two years ago when we went. We spoke to the ortho ahead of time and were lucky that she switched her to a water proof cast two days before we headed down. Once she had that on, she was able to go on all the rides including Rockin Roller Coaster...

I have never been to Kona, but I Loved GF Cafe. I haven't had anything there that I didn't like!

If you do it, I would suggest a one day ticket. It is a nice break from the parks, especially given the ages of the kids.
