    "Official" 2022 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party - Let's Boo this!

Fortunately, we cancelled our September trip to WDW to take a cruise at a bargain price. I have 2 Adult MNSSHP tickets for September 20th that we're not using. Does anyone know of a place where they could be traded or sold? Thanks!

Has Anyone had a Waitlist Come Through Recently

Yesterday morning I waitlisted for Aug 11 - 13 in a 1BR GPV at BWV and it actually got filled yesterday evening. I've always had great waitlist success, but this was, by far, the fastest it was filled.

We're in the same boat...Paid with gift cards at the park. What amazes me is that Universal Orlando can take care of a cancellation in just two days. Disney...We've now been waiting for over 4 months.

Cruise and Theme Park Operational Updates due to Coronavirus

I agree totally, point prices are absolutely going up but that's because of the demand. There are a lot of timeshare owners who have something that's in extreme demand. Again, who could have ever produced WDW closing? But as I said, any time you travel, there's a risk. Prior to Covid, so many...

Cruise and Theme Park Operational Updates due to Coronavirus

AFA your Riveria reference above, many owners set their own price. If they gouge, then it's on them when they don't successfully rent. I do have to agree 100% that the discount, to me, isn't worth the loss. However, as I said above, it's about deliverability. If a resort is closed and a...

Cruise and Theme Park Operational Updates due to Coronavirus

Believe me, I understand the point of the renters, but it's all really about deliverability. If a resort is closed, that's one thing. But people who choose to not travel or are afraid of traveling is a completely different thing. Each agreement is different, however, people do actually need to...

Cruise and Theme Park Operational Updates due to Coronavirus

Let's face it...In this situation, nobody wins. The renters don't, the owners don't....Disney doesn't. NOBODY could have planned for this. The thing is that the renters accepted terms, rental contracts etc. I'm an owner and have been a renter and with renting, you get a really good deal...

Rumor about “modified experiences” when Disney reopens (read 1st post for potential modifications being considered)

While this won't apply to me, another big question that I have about the mask mandate is I'm still getting availability

    Disney phased re-opening May 20th

Pretty much everything is still available through DVC booking online, so perhaps phased resort opening?

Cruise and Theme Park Operational Updates due to Coronavirus
