THE Attraction

I'm sure this has been asked more than once before, but what is, in your opinion, the quintessential Disneyland attraction? Maybe it's not the BEST attraction, but to you, it just completes the park and without it, Disneyland just wouldn't be the same. It can be a ride or a show.

I have a feeling a lot of you are going to feel the same as me: Pirates of the Caribbean (and to me, it is the best!)

Peter Pan's Flight. It's always been my favorite ride, and always will be (although Pirates is my 2nd favorite!). No trip to Disneyland is complete without flying to Neverland. :lovestruc

Good choice! I love that one too. It's my favorite Fantasyland ride for sure.

This is tough and I know it's not loved by all but It's a Small World screams Disney to me. I happen to love it, my family, not so much. ;)

I love it! Definite Disneyland classic. Nice, relaxing little cruise.

Pirates! No matter what mood I am in, or how many times I have been on it, I always get completely immersed in it! So amazing!

Us too :-)

IASW is DD and my must do... my husband has sat out and waited for us because the ride gives him a headache. Lol

Alice In Wonderland has always been my favorite ride. :goodvibes I used to think a trip to Disneyland wasn't complete without riding on the Matterhorn, but since they've gotten new sleds, it's no longer enjoyable for me.

To my whole family it's Pirates of the Caribbean!!!

I love Alice as well. I'm going in January and am very sad it's going to be closed!

I agree with you on Matterhorn. It is just so slow and bumpy now. I remember it used to be thrilling, but not it's disappointing. I know it's a classic, but I kind of wish they could remake it into Expedition Everest!

I think it's Space Mountain, though I have a personal affinity for the Matterhorn.

As a kid it was always Indiana Jones, but the last few times I've gone now as an adult it feels different. I guess I'd have to say now Pirates and/or Small World, I don't know if it's because the whole family can go and sit together or what. But they're my new faves.
