I know I'm not the only one trying to shift some extra weight, so I thought it would be helpful if we could gather together some useful low-calorie recipes. I'm especially looking for lunches (pasta/couscous salads, sandwiches/wrap fillings) and healthy snakcs. For example, I know home-popped corn is very low calorie UNLESS you add stuff to it! (So any low-calorie flavouring tips much appreciated!).
