He can even tell you if they have any foreclosures (which they do sometimes) and they are happy to find owners for these, like getting a dog adopted from a rescue agency! You can get some good deals and you can negotiate and not have to pay AK, AUL, SS prices.

1) After buying resale and then direct add-ons, you get a FULL membership.
If you buy any points direct, only those points will be unrestricted. Your resale points are still under the restrictions in place when they were purchased.

2) DVD will tell you about foreclosures and they will tell you about it.
Doubt it....DVD exercises ROFR and acquires points through foreclosures so that they can turn around and sell them at full price. You will not be able to negotiate a price if you buy direct. They offer incentives and they are what they are...no negotiating.
