small AKV point contract--under 50?

all 2014 available

is $70 per point too much?

I suggest calling The Timeshare Store. They have the best idea of the value of a particular contract. They are a sponsor of our forums and their information is at the top of the screen.

Not at all.
Small contracts sell for a premium. While bigger contracts can be found for lower than 70$, also with current UY points, smaller contracts are hard to find and 10$ more per point is just a total of 250-500$ more, not much for someone willing to buy the small contract with the right UY they have looked for months.

I always feel better getting other disers opinions as they have first hand knowledge.
