Soooo I took one of the first steps towards my dream of being a cast member today.

I applied for 4 different positions with Disney.

I know it takes time and I've been around the block a few time with applying for jobs and such...but this has me on edge. I keep finding myself logging into their jobs site to check my status.

Oy, I need a valium. lol.

Not sure exactly what it means but one of the positions I applied for has moved to "in progress" on the website.

I take it as a positive sign. lol

Id love to work there, when I first lived in Orlando I actually applied and got a job but it wasnt where I wanted to be so I didnt take it. I now wish I would have just to have had the experience. It was at the Christmas Store in DTD and I really wanted to be in a park.

Oh I'd enjoy that. Christmas is my favorite holiday. But I'm really willing to take whatever they offer just to get in the door and then grow from there.

We have considered MANY MANY times about moving back. I would love to be able to be near Disney and go whenever we want.

We have APs and used to just meet up at Epcot after work and treated it like happy hour.:lmao:
