2013 MFs
 

Just got my assessment from the Disney Vacation Club Management Corp for my SSR points. 4.8129 per point. That's a 2.3% increase.

I'd love to see the breakdown of the budget (for all the resorts) though - similar to what Rob S posted for Aulani in the above-referenced thread:

Operating Budget 5.6761
Capital Reserves 0.7807
Property Tax 0.4710
Build-out Subsidy (0.6749)
Developer Credit (1.5539)
Total 4.6990


There won't be a developer credit for SSR. That's unique to Aulani . There may still be a few VB contracts out there with subsidized dues, too.
