Living in northern California I sometimes have random pictures of our beautiful state to share so I thought I would start this thread.


Here is not a Pelican at the shore of the San Francisco bay I can't remember what it was at this moment. I will edit it later.

We have wild turkeys all over the place. The trail I walk on has about 16 of them that like to run around, they're pretty funny to watch. :rotfl:

Thank you! We do too. One morning there were a bunch on our roof and boy are they noisy because they weigh so much more than the normal birds you get on the roof.

Aww, I love deers. The only chance I get to see them is when I'm driving by them on the 50 and praying they don't jump in front of my car! :scared1:

We get squirrels on our roof, and those little suckers are annoying! They seem to be loudest going over my bedroom. :sad2:

Those kids look like they are a lot of fun to have around!

Great pics! I love Northern CA. It's so pretty up there. We used to have wild turkey and deer, along with many other critters, wandering around our yard in MI.
I miss that.

Kody our 14 year old loves to play with the camera. I think I may start posting random pictures of Napa Valley that my husband takes on his bicycle rides.

Hi - I just moved to San Diego last year after living my whole life on the east coast and I really miss the fall, changing colors of the trees, crisp weather. Your pictures are beautiful and even remind me of back east; of course San Diego is beautiful and I don't miss the hot, humid and hazy summers nor the freezing winters! It's so nasty back there they've had to cancel the World Series games! Go Phillies!!

I grew up in SoCal, but for three years we lived in northern MI so I know what you mean about the Fall. I LOVE Fall back east. The rest of the year.....no thanks. LOL
