Thanks so much for sharing. There's such a warm feeling there. We can't afford to stay there, but we visit for meals and shopping in the Mercantile. I have the small statue of the Humphrey/Mickey, etc. totem pole at home, and every time I walk by it, it makes me think of that very warm, wonderful Wilderness Lodge. I am looking forward to seeing it in Christmas decor for the first time this year. That will just be even more wonderful!

Loved seeing these pictures! We are booked here for our upcoming stay in September! Since this was the DH's favorite resort, this is where he wanted to stay, but I would love to stay at the BC/YC, but seeing this pictures, has put me in a different mood! Good job!

I love the food ones, but I especially love these since the WL is our ABSOLUTE favorite resort!!:love: We are staying at the WL for our 6th time this May and looking at your pics gets me even more excited about our trip (which I didn't think possible!):goodvibes

The WL is hands down the best themed Disney resort!

I put my Wilderness Lodge soundtrack on while I viewed these photos, I almost felt like I was there! Thanks!

I've tried them all....
 

Have stayed at every resort except the CR. They all have their charms and amenities. WL is my favorite, by a small edge over BCV (pool) or BWI (location, exercise equipment, pool slide, walk to EP and MGM, etc.) for reasons that I had documented and was once able to find and link to on these threads..... don't know what happened to it!

Have you ever considered renting DVC points? In low season, a studio might net out to price of a moderate - or possibly even a value - resort. There is a thread on this site to read up on it. You can always try it for a night or two to keep the risk low and experiment..... Just a thought!
