Help! Paying my balance

hello!
I will start off by saying it's been a while since I've been here. My last trip was 2014. We are going again in October. So excited.
I am however having an issue finding my balance and paying. I tried the Disney experience app, as well as from my laptop. I just can't find the payment or balance option anywhere!
we do not have room only. We have the package. I have searched on this, and can't really find any answers!
If anyone knows how to pay online, or where the link my be, it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
 
Sometimes the balance shows, but as of the past few weeks (maybe months) it hasn't been an option on the site. Just have to give a call to check it or make a payment.

The payment option went away with the last website update....it's been "missing" since early December, maybe longer. Our last trip was 2014 and we had no problem paying online. So this year we thought we would be smart and start buying gift cards at Target around Christmas. We ended up with 18 $50 gift cards because that's the largest denomination our Target had. I didn't think that it would be a big deal until we realized that we had to call them in! It really wasn't that bad. It only took about 25 minutes to do them all. The cast member that I spoke to said that they are working on bringing it back, but they have no idea what the time frame will be. She did say that only 2 forms of payment will be allowed to be made in a 24 hour period online. She said this was to cut down on fraud.

Every cast member I've talked to has said that they are working on it and expect it back "Next week". Next week has been the standard answer since I first asked in November.
