Had a tooth pulled this morning. What a great start for the day.
That is a good weekend. Congrats to declan and the wife for $$$ savings.
Thanks, it is a nice car. Part birthday present part from some money her mom left her. It is surprisingly OK inside I just wouldn't want to be in the back seat. I rented a newer model for the Disney trip and it drove well and was comfortable. As I dropped it off, I started thinking maybe? She picked me up and liked the look of it so I started to look around. It was a good deal even though I probably gotten another color for a couple of hundred less. But the color fits her personality.
A much better first car than mine was. A 1980 Ford Pinto, 4 speed manual and no air-conditioning. Loved that car.
That is so cool. I'm a space nut and watch as many launches/landings as I can.
Popping the popcorn now. Hope you come through without too many injuries.

Was a non-issue.
I was asked to see the training specialist. She's fairly new. I thought "Is she going to tell me how to train? Or what a trainee feels like?"
I've been the trainee (with my current employer) 8 times and have had over a dozen trainees over the course of 25 years.
Wasn't sure what she thought she could tell me.
But it was fine. She wanted to know how the trainee was doing.
Short 5 minute meeting.

OK, I'll bite. Mine was a Pontiac Sunbird, I can't remember the model year exactly but maybe 1992, it was 4 years old when I got it in university. Not a terrible car, but highway driving was interesting, up to 90 km/hr it was OK, once it hit 100 km/hr it shook like a son of a gun, push her up to 120 km/hr and it was fine again. Was OK for about a year then the bottom fell out of her. Cylinder head gasket blew, AC died, started making a screeching noise. I nearly had to pay someone to haul it away but managed to sell it eventually, presumably for the parts that still worked on her.

Very cool. Like the other guys, I find this stuff fascinating.
That was a great game. I was pretty happy with the result, too.
I had a 1990 Chevy Corsica. Worked pretty well, for the most part. It just had a faulty paint job and the roof started peeling paint and then rusting. I sanded it off and covered it with spray paint. The spray paint was almost the right shade to match the rest of the car, too.

Morning guys. Up at 5 this morning waited to run some errands, just got off a conference call and off to Home Depot in a bit. Miles to go before I sleep.

Happy Tuesday. Another day brings another dr appointment with youngest at pediatrician and me at my doctor, both for steroid shots. I'm ready to breathe again.

Hello guys. Some of you may remember DD16 was going to audition to be Elsa with a local company that provides princesses for kids birthday parties. She had the audition Sunday, it went well, and she got the job today. She's not sure yet how much work it's going to be, but she's happy about it since it gives her some extra spending money. She also going to try keeping her part time supermarket job for now. I'm OK with it, but I just reminded her that school comes first, so we'll see how it goes.

Thanks. Just a bunch of sick people, and by sick, I mean a sinus infection, cold, or flu. Me, I'm just sick.
Congrats to DD. Is she rehearsing Let it Go for all those gigs? My oldest is great with little kids. My youngest isn't, and would probably throw cake at them.
