Claire will have a lot of fun in October for the next trip at SF.
We are excited to stay there and see it.
rpr does have a place you can get a soda or whatever you need late evening.
Jakes is open until 1:30 am.
Jakes is a little too fancy. They need a basic counter service place really. That is the biggest complaint I hear from people.
you don't have to sit at a table to get a soda but go to the bar and order the soda to go.
i use that place a lot after midnight.
True, but many people with families don't like that option.
FINALLY caught up. Sorry I was not around much, but I kept reading whenever I could, but the end of this school year was pretty stressful. I hope to stay on top of things until we leave on vacation again in 3 weeks time.
FAR too much to comment on now, so let me just say that I REALLY enjoyed following along and thanks again for all those photos.
That's ok. I have had quite a busy summer too. I plan to start my Disney portion next week, but I hopefully will post that one just as fast.

I did it fast! I needed to get it done. I have started writing up my Disney portion and hopefully next week I will start it. I want to get more written up so I can post faster.
I love butter beer - I'm a frozen kind of gal. Have you tried the ice cream yet? DELISH!
Butterbeer is so good. I have not tried any of their icecreams yet.
I was cracking up at your pics from Cabana Bay - that is where Sharknado 3 was filmed! DS is excited - #4 is out later this month!
I heard it was filmed there...but I have no clue what Sharknado actually is.
The interactive wands are SUPER fun! DS got one when we were there last year. Some of the spells were challenging though - watch out for the fountain one - stand FAR away!
My friend has them and they love them.
I think we need to do a Blue Man Group show next year when our family is down in Orlando. DS and DH would love it!

I love my luggage!!! I am going away this weekend and was packing my carryon to take (just a road trip) and that bag plus my packing cubes....so nice and easy to pack.

I love Universal. it is such a fun place. I need to get down there for a longer stay.

I love Suess Land! I didn't spend half as much time as I'd like to there. I kept thinking I'd get back.
It is so cute and has so many neat things to see there.
The Hard Rock Hotel is very nice. I haven't given the Universal hotels much look due to their cost, but that looks very nice. Not cool that there wasn't a vending machine and no shop open late??? I'm very confused.
You know for their price compared to Disney, they have nice rooms. It is odd about no late night drink offerings. You would think that would be something a themepark hotel would have.
How fun to head back to the park later. Good that you got in a nap.
