It would be hilarious if the bus picked you up from inside the park then went out to pick guests up from the outside bus stops.....

At least you'd have a better chance of getting a seat.

So true! As a wheelchair user this is still a bonus! Plus I might see one of these mythical unicorn buses some have talked about on this thread that host 4 ECVs. We come every year. Never have I seen one of these winged beauties of which they speak..

Just curious to hear reviews. Is it worth the extra money? Was the bus crowded? Do you feel you saved a lot of time?

Ok so the plan for today:
Arrive at Epcot and buy my Express ticket no later than 10am.
Ask questions at each stop (probably the same questions to see consistency in answers)
Take pictures of the onstage/ticket buying area
Time the ride using timer from point A to B

Question:
Are the buses on a set schedule?
Are there buses for each park?
Is it direct service, without stopping anywhere else?
Is there a limit to tickets sold a day?
Are there wheelchairs and/or strollers available at the bust stops? If someone rents one of these at park A can they have one available at the bust stop at stop B? without having to go to the front of the park
It states that buses continue running until park closing. What if DHS closes at 7pm, for example, and I watch Fantasmic! which starts at 7pm and want too go to another park after, will the bus be available?

Anything more to add to the questions?

Yulilin, thanks so much for going today. I guess only other question, is that is the number of passes issued capped? Is there a finite number each day?

I'd seriously think about using this service. While I don't mind waiting, the waiting for buses can be really frustrating at times.

You're da bomb! But we all knew that ;)
I can't think of anything else. I'm curious about the length of stay option vs 7 day limit for AP holders staying on site but it's not a critical answer right now. I'm certain this detail will be fleshed out fairly quickly. And it won't be a deal breaker for us using it, even if it is limited to 7 days.

@yulilin3 - If you weren't already planning to do so, would you mind giving us an estimate of crowd levels today? If they do cap the number of tickets sold, then crowd levels matter a lot less. However, I'd still like to know for reference.

Will do, I'm at epcot front entrance right now, it was emh for the park so they just opened for everyone

Thank you! Can't wait for answers and just to check the buses themselves are def accessible for wheelchairs? I have a powerchair I stay in.

Guest relations at epcot
Was asked for my ticket, they scanned it to check park hopping options. $15 for one day, unlimited hopping
Surprise that they are pouring it on a regular park card ticket I though it would be a wristband, nice touch
Gave me a pamphlet worth directions to each drop off locations
Answers acquired
Ap holders: he did say that the program is in its infancy but as of now ap holders is 7 days even if starting on property for more. He did say that that could change
A bus per park
The schedule is every 30 minutes so it should be on the hour and half hour
No wc or strollers for those who rented one so they need to go to the front of the park, he said that might change as well

I'll get more answers at the next stop

A clearer picture of bus drop off/pick up
MK between exit of buzz and buzz meet and greet
Epcot between guest relations and the restroom
Dhs next to sunset showcase, behind tower
Ak to the left of the safari entrance

Thank you! So far, answers are what I expected to hear. I know for those renting strollers, etc it's a pain to not be able to use it but it's never said that everyone would be able to use it. Just another factor to consider to know if the service is right for you.

How do they identify why park you are heading to? Ask when you arrive to the stop? Do all 4 park's buses come at the same time?

Yulilin3 is a rock star! Thanks so much for doing this and reporting bac with the play by play :)

Found a manager so got clearer answers
First of they are really excited for this service
At the moment they have 1 bus between epcot and dhs
2 buses between epcot and ak
2 buses between epcot and mk
If there is a need they will get more depending on demand
They do have a cap off on tickets but they don't think they will reach it, she did not tell me a number
IMPORTANT the 7 days cap is for everyone, not just ap . So if you have a stay more than 7 and you are park hopping all 7 days you need to buy another ticket, be it a day or the extended version
Interesting she said that 7 days don't need to be consecutive, so let's say you are staying for 10 days but are planning on park hopping only 7, you are set with the $24
The buses are on a schedule, she had it with her and allowed me to take a pic, but she said that's not set in stone and can change at anytime
So for example my epcot to ak bus is leaving at 10:20. I told her that it would be awesome if the schedule is printed for people to get, she said that they are just afraid something might happen and the guest would be upset. Of course everything at Disney is subject to change.
Guest can stop by the drop off locations anytime and ask for the time of the bus

There WILL be wheel chairs and strollers at all stops except epcot, since the stroller rental is right next to the stop, also if you have a stroller, let's say at ak and want to park hop, you can leave the stroller at that stop, you don't have to take it to the front of the park

The service will be available for a month and they will decide after to keep it or discard it

I think that's everything for now
