An aunt goes to her 8 y/o nephew's b'day party four years ago. Nephew is excited to see her and jumps into her arms telling her how much he loves her. Her wrist breaks when they tumble to the floor. Four years late and she is suing her nephew for $127,00!
Aunt has struggled with the broken wrist, apparently.
"I live in Manhattan in a third-floor walk-up so it has been very difficult," she said. "And we all know how crowded it is in Manhattan. I was at a party recently, and it was difficult to hold my hors d’oeuvre plate."
Really?
Oh, and the nephew lost his mom last year on top of everything else.
This sounds so fake. It's difficult to hold her hor d'oeuvre plate? Are you kidding me?? I know people sue for all kinds of things, but sheesh! Safe to say she won't be getting aunt of the year award.
