Does anyone know of a good place other than ESPN Zone to watch the Sunday night football game? I'm staying at AoA and will have a car. Doesn't have to be on property if there is a good close place. Thank you for any suggestions!!

It's the Patriots; there is nowhere good to watch that team play. :rotfl2:
(Can you tell I can't stand the Patriots)

Seriously, the best place to watch Sunday night football other than in your own room would be ESPN. I think I recall that Splitsville Lanes in DTD also has several TV's around as well where you can watch the game.

We watched the opening game against the steelers at Tambu lounge at the poly and it was a great time.

Some of the other resorts are a good place. We have watched at POFQ (where we stay) , POR and the Crews Cup at YC

We'll be catching the Jets game when we go. We will watch at either the Orlando Alehouse or Town Tavern in Celebration. Go Pat's!!

We watched the Saints game a few weeks ago at Buffalo Wild Wings, which was about a 10 minute ride from AoA. We had to go somewhere with Sunday Ticket because it wasn't nationally televised though. Being that it's a Sunday Night game, you should be able to go anywhere with a TV and it will be on since there is no competition at that time.

ESPN Club
Shula's
Splitsville
Buffalo Wild Wings
Ale House
Lava Lounge

Both the Ale House and Buffalo Wild Wings have multiple locations within in a short drive/Uber/cab ride from Disney property. Any of these would be your best bet to watch that and any other games.

We really enjoyed watching the Colts/Pats playoff game at Splitsville last year (well, except for the outcome and that we were surrounded by Pats fans!). They have several viewing areas and we really liked the outdoor bar/patio upstairs.

In February of 2015 the (now) fiance surprised me with a trip do Disney during President's Week. Hes a teacher so its pretty much the only option we had after Christmas. Boy was he surprised when I mentioned to him he was going to have to miss out on Olympic Hockey! Long story made short he watched the games at the ESPN restaurant while I in EPCOT. After the games finished he would find me drinking/eating/chatting to strangers around the world. He said he was overall impressed with the ESPN venue just steps outside the International Gateway (minus all the snowbirds cheering on the Canadians)

Thanks all! I think it may end up being ESPN after all - I didn't realize how close AoA was to Boardwalk. Or maybe the Poly. Or Splitsville. It is good to have choices! Thank you again.

If you are going to do ESPN, you need to get there early. We have seen lines out the door on Sundays during NFL season.
