Quietest spots in each park?

Will be our 8 year olds first trip to WDW and she has some sensory issues. We are worried about her getting overstimulated by everything.

What are your 'quiet spot' recommendations for each park that we might be able to take her so that she can regroup and calm down?

Innoventions West in Epcot is almost empty so it is a nice quiet and air conditioned place to regroup. :)

MK: Tom Sawyers Island or the path behind the Tomorrowland Speedway.

EPCOT: The side hallway near Club Cool. It has restrooms and benches and is inside. Toward the back of the Canada Pavilion.

HS: Parts of Streets of America during the day may be okay. I would have said the entrance area to teh Animation building, but it was recently closed.

AK: The small paths on Discovery Island can often lead to a quiet nook (can't give specific directions). Also, just outside the restrooms near the Finding Nemo theater.

Magic Kingdom: The path behind Space Mountain connecting to the new fantasyland is very quite. Almost a secret pathway really.

Epcot: The gardens in some of the countries in the World Showcase tend to be really quiet too.

I agree with Tom Sawyers Island and Discovery Island, plus for MK I usually sit on a bench on the walkways that lead from the castle to Fantasyland and Liberty Square. There's a little nook area behind the castle (on the walkway) near the Merida M&G. For HS, we often go to the area behind the Voyage of the Little Mermaid shop and it's in front of Animation (to the left). For Epcot there's a nice area between Future World and the walkway to Canada, as well as the international gateway between France and the UK. You can also slip away to the resort area via boat for a quiet time. Another sort of quiet area is the area to the right of Space Mountain, and taking a ride on the Transit Authority People Mover. It's restful, quiet (mostly) and cool. Also at AK the back entrance to the Rainforest Cafe (to the right as you approach the exit) has seating and is usually restful and quiet.

The Flame Tree BBQ in AK is fairly serene for a meal break.

MK is a little tougher, but the area behind Splash Mt is pretty quiet and of course, Tom Sawyer Island is the ultimate best spot.

Epcot - Innoventions as someone already mentioned and Canada and UK. But if you are really looking for a serene area, you can exit the park at the back door, International Gateway. There are some benches down there by the river where you wait for the boat to DHS. That will be about as quiet an area as you are going to find and it is literally right outside the park. No more than 50 yards from the gate.

DHS - Not a lot of places here, but as someone mentioned, Streets of America is not a very busy area.

At our last trip my then 7 yr old had "noise" issues and we couldn't do any parades or fireworks. Even ear muffs, etc didn't help. So happy that she is now over it and this time we can enjoy so much more.

My go-to areas when I need to get away from the sensory overload that is the Disney parks are:

MK: Tom Sawyer's Island
DHS: Streets of America
AK: Rafiki's Planet Watch. Particularly the Sounds of the Rainforest booth in there. You sit in this little soundproof both, in the dark, and listen to soothing rainforest noises. The booth won't be good if you have someone who is scared of the dark, but it's very, very relaxing otherwise.
Epcot: Wonders of Life pavilion
