Has the weekday ticket option for seaworld been removed? I am looking for tickets for the end of January for 8 people.

That ticket offer doesn't appear to be running at the present time (though you never know...it may come back at some point). One thing you may want to check out is the current buy one, get one free offer for annual passes.

TWO SeaWorld annual passes would only cost you $156 (not each, for both), then you could purchase the other 6 one-day tickets at 50% off (one of the AP benefits). Your parking would be free, your dining would be discounted by 10%, and more.

That ticket option is gone. I'm going first week of feb and all they had was the anyday ticket for $75. I did some digging and I found a good deal AAA was running. $88.00 for an anyday ticket plus all day dining. Everyone is my group was going to get the dining plan anyways so it worked out.

I swear they are trolling me at this point...lol.

I wonder if they'll have the buy one get one on the tours like they did last year in january/feb.

If you buy the annual pass online, do you get a voucher?
Does it start when you buy online, or when you first enter the park?

You get a voucher that you redeem at the park.

You have one year from the date of purchase to activate the AP. Your one year of usage starts from the day you activate.

Edited to add....I do believe there is an option to have activated passes shipped directly to you, if that's what you desire.

Thank you. I now see that the 2for1 offer is only for us residents. Do they check id's?

Also the 50%savings for single day tickets is only for the more expensive pass?
It doesn't state 50% when you have the AP just for SW?

My wife and I bought the BOGO annual pass. It was a better deal considering we were going to spend two days at SW with a daughter (who is 2). Since the pass isn't activated till we get to a kiosk how is the parking handled. Do I show them the voucher so I don't have to pay? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure on that, but I'm guessing it will be handled in one of two ways:

1. Show them your AP purchase voucher and they may waive your parking fee at the gate.

2. They may charge you at the gate, and direct you to get reimbursed at Guest Services.

Perhaps someone else can weigh in with their similar experience. If they don't, please come back and let us know how it was handled for you :) .

Gina - thank you for the links! we had AP in the past several years ago, just showed the voucher when we approached the toll booth, but it may have changed.

Does anybody know how the AP discounted DC tix work? is it something offered all the time? Any idea of the actual discount on the DC tix?

the free preschool offer is great imo! never heard of it. was thinking of getting BOGO for myself & DH to activate this June, then use 'freebie' for GD and buy a tix for my DIL on trip in August.

confused re the AP 1/2 off tix for guests mentioned here. don't see it listed on website. is it something that is always offered and you just buy at the turnstyle?

fyi, this popped up on the mobile site in the fine print:

preschool pass is for Florida residence...

Quote: *Florida residents only. Valid only at SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa and only for children 5 years old and younger at time of redemption. Unlimited admission through 12/31/2015. Does not include free parking, separately ticketed events or other discounts.

As for the discount at DC I'm not really sure because again we are AP & Florida residence so I'm not sure if our discount is different.

1/2 off tickets...when we got our AP's we each got three vouchers to get a guest in 1/2 off, the passes were good for a year. However when our LO turned 3yrs old and we had to add him to our AP's he only received one...I'd say give them a call to make sure. Logging into my AP account right now and until Jan. 31st each AP member can get a friend/family in for free. They do this a few times a year.

Also whenever they offer the 1/2 off or friend in free, I've always been able to pay for and print the persons voucher online. Then you just bring it to guest relations and they will give them their passes.

didn't see the FLA res restriction on preschool pass. DIL registered GD yesterday, guess we'll find out.

if any non residents DIS'rs are able to use the preschool pass please post

At Busch Gardens, I showed the parking lot toll taker my printer printed pass voucher, they scanned the bar code on it just like the actual pass card and let me in, no problem. I got the actual pass at the park ticket booth.

Great. Thanks for the info. One less thing to worry about.

So if I buy the bogo tickets on Feb 28 I have until Feb 28, 2016 to activate? So they would be valid Feb 28, 2016- Feb 28, 2017?

We are either going in Jan or late Feb next year. This deal is too good to pass up. Can't beat $300 for 4 APs!

If you log into your pass member website, you will be able to see the annual pass discounts and offers available. The discount on Discovery Cove admission changes depending on the current promotion that is being offered.

That is correct. The annual pass vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase, and the passes expire one year from the date of redemption. :) Tip? If you are purchasing them on the last day of the offer, I would get them in the morning, just in case the website has issues.

Was anyone able to find out about this? I printed one for my daughter as well, but was unaware of FL resident restriction. Are they letting non-residents use these preschool passes?

According to the website, they are unfortunately not offering it to non-FL residents.

i haven't seen any posts here one way or the other. the info was vague at best at least thru early process of printing the tix.

jmho but with what i assume is a sharp decline in their gate, this promo would bring in some revenue with the parents.
