Getting hot again. Friday went for a mile swim and then a 16.5 mile bike ride. 4 weeks from this morning is the local sprint triathlon.

Our week will be more seasonal too; predicted high's in upper 90's. Not bad at all...making it to July without even hitting the 95 degree mark! :beach: Gonna be a tough triathlon in AUGUST! :sunny::sunny::sunny: :tink:

Just finished our "food celebration" for the 4th of July. DH BBQ'd chicken, sausage, pork ribs, pork loin AND sirloin. :faint: Even after all those "good" meals" in New York, DSIL says there's NOTHING like Pappy's BBQ. :woohoo: Redstorm is now off for a week at Church Camp but the Princess and I are only planning on a lot of "pool time". :beach: :yay:
