Anyone else having trouble making reservations online?

I've been having difficulty with both the website and app making ADRs for 2 days now. Times come up, but when selected - I get booted back out to the search page. Anyone else experiencing this?
 
I had this morning, it kept saying to come back at a later time. But just now I was able to succeed. Be Our Guest dinner and Akershus dinner :)
Now all I want is a BOG lunch on our departure day, but that's on the 10th day of my 180+10 that started today, so I will give it another go in a few hours.
 
it will only let me for 180, none of my + days, even though I can see them and select them. I see the time I want.... happened last week too for the first half of my split stay and I got all my ADRs by calling for exactly when I wanted them, but it is frustrating!!! PLus at 6am it's easy for me to do it all by myself, by 7 am I have two kids to wrangle while i make that phone call!
 


Yes. I had to keep clicking up on my name and then back to all dining. I could not search through the restaurant. Each time I had to search all dining, entering the time and date I wanted, then click the time from there. Each time it would not display all my days and I had to click back on my name again before searching for the next ADR. I am staying more than 10 days so had to go back on the following days. My last day I finally just got after repeatedly getting errors for a few days. But it still will not let me search for Dinner shows. It keeps saying Dinner shows can not be searched at this time.
 
Yes - none of mine went through the first try. If I keep going back one page and selecting the time again it eventually goes through

Leanne - do a google search for the dinner show you want. I kept trying to get Fantasmic package and was unable to ... I did a Google search, went straight to the page and was able to log in there and get the ADR I wanted....

This is me too. I've been trying for a couple of days and it keeps kicking me out. I made all of my other ADR's a couple of weeks ago but are thinking about adding a Beaches and Cream for ice cream only. But, no such luck yet. It shows times available, but once I click on them, it goes back to the start.

I have a suggestion but cannot guarantee it will work. "Sometimes", specially if IT releases some update, there is a small chance that they "broke" some functionality in a specific browser. If you have multiple browsers you use (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), I would suggest you try this in multiple browsers. If it bombs in all, then you can safely say this is an issue with the entire system, else you can update this thread so others can also do the same thing.

I did call to make this ADR yesterday but the times they offered me were not the ones showing available on the site.

I had the same exact issue. I would suggest to anyone that if they start experiencing this issue that they should just stop and call, it doesn't appear to fix itself.

Also, I was told by the CM that I spoke with, that there is an issue with 180+ on the site, for what that is worth.

I tried this the other day; multiple browsers, on different machines, including a phone... nothing worked.
 
I too had a problem with Beaches and Cream. The first time I called the times that I had chosen on the site where not available. I think when I clicked on them it put those times "on hold". Anyways I called back later after I saw the time available online again without trying to click on it and "voila" the cast member on the phone was able to find that time and book me in.
