So as part of an upcoming hen do, a day in Disneyland Paris is on the cards!
Looks like it will be a Saturday too. I'm used to multi-day off-season trips and am more familiar with WDW than DLP, so this will be quite a new experience trying to get the most from one busy day!

So, what are everyone's top tips to make sure we get the most out of the day without making things too military?

Do you know which Saturday ? as the reponse will vary if it's one over a long we or a school holiday.

I'd suggest deciding what you really want to do and then plan. So if you want to meet characters or ride all the "thrill" rides plan on that. :)

8th May I think.
Does DLP have FastPass, I forget?

They do, the paper kind. The 8th of May is a Friday and it's a public holiday here for the end of WWII so it's a long weekend and going to be very busy  It's also the last weekend of the school holidays for the zone B includes Northern France which won't help.

It'll probably be Sat 9th then, and eek! a busy one!

Any tips for navigating the crowds?

Just a reminder if anyone has any top tips for getting things done on a busy day - all advice much appreciated!

I know you used to be able to buy VIP fast passes. That would be my tip!!

So in each park (not sure if we're trying to visit both or which one first yet!), where do we need to make a beeline for first? And where should we definitely pick up a FastPass for?

Studios - Fast pass for Ratatouille, and personally I'd say aim to queue for Parachute drop first thing (send someone off for fast passes before opening while the rest queue for Parachute). Depending on the types of rides you like, I'd say try to get on Tower of Terror, RC Racer (straight after Parachute), Rock n Rollercoaster (always low queues when I've been there) and Crush (single rider).

Main park - Fast pass for Thunder Mountain as soon as you get int he pass (with Saturdays the parks are open late so you may be lucky still getting one even if you don't go into the main park until lunch!), definitely try to go on Phantom Manor, Pirates, Indiana Jones, Buzz, Star Tours maybe...

Use single rider lines when you can to get the most out of your day!
