Favorite Disney Villain Songs?

I just watched a Youtube video on what one person believed were the top 10 Disney Villain songs. I thought it would be fun to find out what other people thought.

So what is your favorite Disney Villain song?

Here's the rules:

1. Disney films only

2. If the villain sings in the song at all, it's eligible for the list

3. Please explain why it's your favorite.

"Be Prepared" - Scar

It's magnificently sinister with a fitting melody.

Mine is - Ursula .... but not the one your all thiking of! - as short as it is i think the song that Ursula / Vanessa sings is awesome!

The Gaston song...assuming one considers Gaston to be a villain of course. It's great!

Gaston is totally a villain! I agree, that one is definitely on my list. If nothing else, because it's fun! Who doesn't love a drinking song?

Yeah, but Gaston, unlike many other Disney villains, isn't really evil. He's reactionary and thoughtless, but he was trying to protect everyone form the monster, which, let's face it, is a natural inclination. Perhaps diplomacy would have been better suited, but brains weren't his primary attribute.

'The Mob Song'. The lines "we don't like what we don't understand in fact it scares us" are just amazing, this song is fear mongering and ignorance at its finest. Perfect song for a villain like Gaston.

True, he's also a classic narcissist. I haven't seen the movie in a while, but I believe what made him a villain in my eyes is when he set up Belle's father as crazy to try and make Belle marry him. :crazy2:

I am disappointed that we didn't meet Gaston when we went to MK last. I am going to seek him out our next trip

"Savages" from Pocahontas tops my list for similar reasons.

I vote for this one too, but for the sake of being different I will go with Governor Ratcliffe from Pocahontas singing Mine Mine Mine. He gets so greedy.

I'm going to think (ever so slightly) out of the box and say Every Little Piece from Pete's Dragon. I just love venal Doc Terminus - and Jim Dale - even when he is singing about carving up Elliot. Hellfire, Be Prepared and Poor Unfortunate Souls would also be on my list. I don't know why more villains don't have songs.

I second Be Prepared and Hellfire - Be prepared is so catchy, it's always in my head. And Hellfire is so brilliantly dark, just like the entire film in fact. Hunchback is one of my favourites :thumbsup2

Poor Unfortunate Souls (with Be Prepared being a close second). Maybe it's because Ursula's voice but I get goosebumps when I hear it. I love the whole song including the "la voche to me, now sing!" part

This is tough one....There are so many villain songs I love. My most favs would have to be a toss up between Ursulas- Poor Unfortunate Souls & Mad Madam Mim...I love her. Close runner's up are: Si & Am - We Are Siamese, Gaston's Theme, and of course Dr. Facilier- Friends On the Other Side....and the list goes on, lol.

Trust in Me by Kaa in the Jungle Book comes to mind. When he puts Mowgi in the trance while singing the tune only to try and devour him at the end.
