Yes current promotion runs until beginning of June I believe it's for spring.

We are going the last week of August and have booked at full price, I can't imagine a special not being offered in the next few months.

I'm pretty sure we booked for the first week in August last March or April. I had a pin code for up to 30% off and a free park hopper. We stayed at AoA though so only 15% off I think. I'm trying to look through old emails.

We used that PIN code as well. That was sweet!!! I also enjoyed the Buy 4/Get 3 Free deal for room and tickets several years ago. That saved us almost as much as free dining. We already have the 25% off room and 1 free day on our tickets deal for the first 2 days of our stay in June. Patiently waiting to see what the discount is for the rest of our stay.

It could be that an option sold out and a higher priced option is all that is available they wouldn't raise prices right now.

Not sure there is a way. I got lucky to get one but my husband never did. They just randomly picked.
I think your chances rise based on signing onto the wdw website though.
I noticed I got the pin right after getting my disney visa card
good luck!

You can always call and see if theres a pin to your name.

Yes it's random you increase your chances by having a Disney account disney visa etc.

Well, boo hiss. Disney won't give me a Visa because, at 50 years old, I don't exist as far as the credit bureaus are concerned. I'll just hope they announce a discount before the current one ends.

I go to the website and plan a vacation all the way up to the point where I would need to put in payment information. Then I just let it sit in my cart. I'll do that every few weeks. Make sure you're registered at the website so they have your contact information. I also order the planning DVD even when we don't have a trip planned. There really is no rhyme or reason though as to who they give them out to but I'm in the camp that the more they see me "thinking" about a trip but not booking, the more likely they are to put me on the secret PIN code list.

And even when you call and ask if there's a PIN under your name/address, I think it's a randomly generated thing. Several years ago my sister -- who hadn't been to Disney in over 10 years and *never* booked a reservation under her name or address -- was planning a trip. She had not registered at the website. She called to make a reservation and miraculously there was a free dining PIN code in "her name". How could there be a PIN attached to her name when she was never in their system????

I have a client who called me today with a pin code, the details are that the Deluxe and villas will be 30% off with other resorts discounted at a lower rate. In addition, if adding a 5 day or more ticket, the hopper option will be free. Most nights 6/1-8/27. Hope this is helpful!

we got an email on Friday with a PIN code for up to 30% off room, AND free park hopper w/5 day or more tickets. its for stays from 6/1 to 8/27.... we check in on 8/29 :sad2:

so miss being able to use it by 2 days!! we can't move out trip bc of DHs work, and i called and they said they can't apply it to our existing trip... SOO now i wait for the fall discounts to come out!! LOL

I got this PIN in my email about a week ago as well. I have the package in my cart waiting to check out but I am waiting to see if a better deal gets released in the near future.

I get so frustrated with these PIN codes! I have NEVER gotten one and we have been to Disney 20 times in the past 18 years. This is the year we could REALLY use it. Going in July - have reservations at AKL and would LOVE a discount! Nothing yet on Disney Visa deals or anything available to reg. public. Can you call Disney to ask if there is a PIN code attached to your name or do you have to get an email?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!
