We're big fans of the Touchdown section because it's standard yet not far at all from the pool or food court. Plus we are just huge football fans. What is everyone's favorite section to stay in? and why?

Honestly this All Star has the smallest footprint and no place is awful. What is everyone's favorite section to stay in? and why?
We also like Home Run Hotel-love the detailed theming and we like being close to Music if we want to hop over there. For me it is Baseball. Not to far from the food court and busses but a little quietor.
Hope your trip is a GRAND SLAM!Just booked our flights, can’t wait to be back home. Homerun is my baseball/softball-loving family’s favorite.
Back of building 9 is the best !
We were there a couple weeks ago and that is what the sign in the room said. We only stayed two nights and had the do not disturb up so not completely sure if that’s what they actually do.We're staying at Sports next month.
Is Mousekeeping still every other day?

A few weeks ago, yes only every other and not great. Sad because all my offsite stays have had daily service. We're staying at Sports next month.

You are probably right and that is sad because their rates are not "value" rates. It is just profits over guests. Ironically they pay the manpower to spy on your room each day but don't want to balance that with minimal service.I think everyday Housekeeping at the Values will never come back.
We are 4 years out from the start of Covid-it would be back by now if it was coming IMO.

No, they're still the older TVs, no casting feature. At least, that's what they were when we stayed there in January.Does All Star Sports have the newer digital TV system that supports casting from smartphones? If so, all rooms or just certain areas?
We just stayed in Sports 7108(us), 7109(father in law) and 7110(friend) from March 19-29. These rooms had a newer Samsung TV with the Welcome "our name" on them when we arrived. There is an option to cast on that home/welcome screen. You need to be on same WIFI, and follow the instructions on the TV. It no longer has an option for Samsung "SmartView" Mirror Screen, instead its basically Chromecast, but the connection process is not exactly the same as "at home".Does All Star Sports have the newer digital TV system that supports casting from smartphones?
