I'm not sure how posting several threads from when the show was just released is being selective. If I had excerpted one post or even one thread (and ignored all of the others), sure. But - feel free to try it for yourself. Search for "Happily Ever After" by date and go back to the beginning. It was not universally trashed or hated; people did not post petitions to bring back Wishes. While there is some truth to the fact that people don't like change, it doesn't completely wave off the dissatisfaction some people feel about Enchantment/Harmonious (which is how this particular conversation started). Certainly if you have some posts or threads in mind that show me I'm being selective, I'm more than happy to see them and revise my statements (but I do think actual posts are useful to look at - not just our memory of what it was like).

there was petitions to bring back wishes among the many Facebook groups. I’ll wait till I see it later this month but I have had friends already see it and only one hated it.

Looking at that price...

Did i read correctly that tickets are not included?? They've seriously gone mad. We have traveled all over the world, booking all kinds of all day private tours with a driver, vehicle and a guide for our family of 5 and never have we even paid close to that!! Our most expensive was about $2000 for SIXTEEN hours in Iceland, including glacial snowmobiling and so much more!! For that price the tour better be led by Walt himself.

By the way our opinions are

AK ToL 0 out of 10. No video at all just an announcement and color.
Harmonious 7 out of 10. Good enough even as a replacement of Illuminations.
Enchantment 5 out of 10. Mostly because HEA ruined us.

It's true. The cheer-person said that your comment and others backed up HER point that HEA was, with the same fervor, etc and I responded to her since she tagged me.

Has there been any more rumors or news of the the Fort / Wilderness Lodge / Contemp shuttle boats returning to the MK area? And are they not running due to COVID protocols, or just general staffing shortages? Currently they don't have any boats running between those resorts, making resort hopping in that area a little more time consuming.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!

@mickey916 and others, I’m so sorry about my long absence and I hear your calls for a dance routine. And therefore, I have thrown together a roughly choreographed starter routine for you to enjoy! Ok, it’s more like a behind the scenes look during practice type routine. Now please keep in mind, it’s been awhile since my last brilliant work of art, so I’m going to have to slowly work my way back to the glory days of fabulous dance moves… but I know I’ll get there. Someday. Please be patient with me.


Ok guys. Like I said, it’s been awhile, so I need to just remember the basics here. I have to teach myself how to dance all over again!




Ok, what would the New Kids on the Block do in this situation??!? Take it Step by Step. So that’s what I’m going to do. 1,2,3 - 1,2,3 and SPIN!!!



Ok watching ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and copying their moves didn’t work. Off to practice in the bathroom mirror! Where else would a fabulous dancer go?! See your mistakes and correct them. Luckily for me, I’m not at all rusty!!




After the bathroom I went to a local construction site to practice. I knew the unfavorable conditions would make me work harder.




Next I got a little more bold and took my hot moves to a public gathering so I could practice in front of people! Need to get my confidence back up!




I even asked my DH if he’d help me with some partner dances. He was no f— help.




So I asked some random guy at a wedding to assist me… and while his moves were advanced, he wasn’t exactly at my level, so I had to drop him.




But I’m not done practicing guys!! I will get back to weekly Friday routines, just for all of you!! I’m not a quitter and I won’t let anything get in my way!!!




You want to know why?! Because WE GOT THIS GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you know I’d do anything to put on a good show for you!! Miss you all lots!!!!

Yep...as @CouponGirl said tickets must be purchased separately and on top of that they need to be park hoppers.

How does one get from Contemporary to the fort without the boat? Walk to MK and take bus???? We like the boats for the boats but was hoping to see some Christmas decorations put up by campers.

They have a direct boat from the Fort to the MK as well as a bus. You'd need to walk to MK and then depending on where you want to go at the Fort ... take the bus for the Fort entrance (The Outpost), or the boat for Pioneer Hall (Settlement). For most things at the Fort including checking out decorations, you'd want to take the boat as a lot of the activities are centered around the Settlement area.

They also have a bus running between WL and FW. We've always got a preferred site for our RV near the Fort docks and loved the convenience of the boats circling the three resorts ... although they could get longer waits in the evening as the smaller boats don't have much seating space.
