STEAKHOUSE 71!!

Ate breakfast here this morning.

I had Walt’s hash with an English muffin. The steak was good and the egg was cooked perfectly. I was disappointed the potatoes were just the same ones on every other dish. The cubed “breakfast potatoes. DW had the American. It came with a piece of Texas toast.

Overall the food was tasty and arrived quickly. I like the upscale but casual atmosphere. I wouldn’t make breakfast a must do. It’s a great addition to CR/BLT for guests staying there.
 
Anyone know why you have to call to cancel these ADRs? I have on for next week and I cannot cancel it in the app.

ETA: And when I call to cancel, the automated system does not recognize the confirmation number, so I am put on hold to speak to a live castmember with hold time of 2 plus hours.

I'm having the same issue...I think it's a glitch! I had to call about something else and asked the CM to look and see if they could see these ADRs (without having to call the ADR #) and they said they couldn't see them and if the # wasn't coming up on the automated system then it's probably cancelled. They said to call them if I get charged the no-show fee but I'm hoping that won't happen since the reservation can't be found.

But, it just annoys me that they are still showing in my plans! I like being organized and hate to see these ADRs still sitting there!
 
I had the same issue and ended up having to call the IT department to have each one deleted. It’s some sort of glitch.
 
Any feedback on why a confirmed reservation here isn't showing up in the app under "plans?" - all new reservations are showing up except this one

Any ideas when December dates will be available?

I decided to attempt to chat with Disney this morning to see if they could provide any information or at least commit to having someone research what's going on. The initial response was similar to prior posts -- that the reservations must just be all full (which clearly is not the case, as the website doesn't even allow you to search for times). I pushed the CM to actually look at the experience on the website or ask someone to do so, and then received this comment: "No problem. We will let our Cast Members know. For the meanwhile to book reservations please contact our Dining Department.". Frankly, it didn't seem hopeful that this issue is being looked into. I plan to just continue to stalk it until hopefully they get it resolved...
 
There must be an issue with December bookings as when I look at the ADR availability calendar for a certain "ADR finder" website, this is what the end of November & beginning of December looks like and you can see that the whole month of December is greyed out..
