Official 2021 "Disney After Hours Boo Bash" Thread

So I did finally stop laughing and called back. I’ve been on hold, but should I bother since it’s almost 9pm? Not sure why they wouldn’t sell tix after 9 last night but….?
I've been holding since 7:40. Giving it a few more minutes!

Yesterday, I gave up after 100-150 calls before 8 am Pacific Time. I didn't try calling again after I was done with my meeting (and this is when I started at about 559 am Pacific Time). No connected calls, just "all circuits are busy" and other similar messages.

Today, around the 180-th call (I alternated between the 4240 number and the 7379 (?) number and the one that picked up was the 4240 number so I got to listen to the Haunted Mansion song, Splash Mountain song, and one other song going through a loop)....
 
Update: I called in at 0659 this morning and got into the queue. After a 2 hour 43 minute hold while walking around with music coming out of my pocket at work I finally got a CM. I was able to purchase 1 ticket for Aug 27th. Before processing the payment she reminded me that the ticket is “nonrefundable, non transferable, cannot be switched to another day even if you don’t go on the booked day” Good luck to anyone still trying.

Interesting. The CM I got said no refundable, but you could switch to another day.

Man, I like your songs better. I had the music played as you go into the old Honey I shrunk the Kids attraction & Soarin. Don’t mind Soarin, but that other one…. Over & over & over & over……. :crazy2:
 
It’s been about 40 minutes since I got off the phone (had to get kids to bed), but I finally got my ticket!! After two days of calling hundreds of times, I finally got on hold and waited for 1 hour 57 min. I started getting scared since that had me real close to 9pm (like, 2 minutes lol). The CM did say I could change my dates starting on 6/15 if I needed to. I got the AP discount and he said I had to pick the tickets up at will call, but I was able to attach them to MDE, so do I really have to go to will call if they’re in MDE? He said I have to prove I have an AP (even though it’s in the system and they should have the ability to see that) and have to pick up the tickets, just so weird since I didn’t have to for other DAH I had an AP discount for.

And like I said up thread, they let you book AP resort discounts worth hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars & you haven‘t had to show proof for years. But for a $10 per ticket savings, you do. Earlier this year, I booked a cabana at Y& B Club with an AP discount. I just had to read the CM on the phone my AP card number, or the number to any of my magic bands. He was able to look at my account & verify my AP that way. Having to go to Guest Services makes no sense at all. But hey, it’s present day Disney. Why should it make sense.

I was told by CM this morning that tickets are non refundable, however they can be exchanged for another date by calling after June 15th.

I used my AP discount and my confirmation email says expedited shipping. Does yours say will call??
