I can only look at FPs 30 days out with an AP, but as of 2 minutes ago they were available for March 11 for 2 people.

This will be an interesting one to watch once word gets out. Because of the low capacity this looks to be one where booking at 60 days will be the only chance, and maybe then only for later in the trip.

I'm not too interested in paying for a dinner I wouldn't get otherwise just to see a 15 minute show.

This may have been answered somewhere is missed, but are you able to use a DDP credit for the ROL package?

We decided to just do the FP+, March 4. We booked dining package but cancelled it when the FP+ was available. (we already have Boma breakfast that day).

Excited to finally see it, very surprised it is opening.

I already had a couple ADR's in late May at Tiffins. I am a APH..does anyone know if the APH 20% discount applies to dinner package's as well?

Fingers crossed for July dates to open !

Me too! Our trip starts June 30th and I had planned on going to AK on July 2nd. I had already booked a res at Y&Y but now want to switch for a dining pkg. as I don't want to use a FP for it if we can use them for the new Pandora stuff. I called today when I couldn't get July to open online and the CM said they're probably just still loading dates. She really didn't know tho. Uggg. I hate all the watching involved with this.

Are the dining packages usually eligible for the AP discount?

When I called to try to find out when July might be available I asked if there were going to be any discounts for AP or DVC and the CM said she wasn't seeing any discounts available. I already figured there wouldn't be a TIW discount but I was HOPING for AP or something. I hate paying full price for meals but looks like if I want to save our FP's for Pandora I have no choice as I don't want to do this standby either.

Just looked to book a dinner package and in the "Know Before You Go" section I saw this...

  • Rivers of Light runs on select nights for approximately 15 minutes. Please be aware that there may be multiple shows on the same day. Your dining reservation will indicate which show you are booked for.
I haven't been reading too many things about the show because I like to be surprised when I see something for the first time, but I was under the impression this would be a longer show. Looks to be running only at 7:15 on select days during our trip, which is fine, but if I can't get a fastpass will I have a hard time finding a seat? Wondering what's the best plan.

At this point, I don't think we have any ideas how much "Standby" seating will be available for each show. It's not a particularly large amphitheater like the one for Fantasmic!
