God, I love soloing it. I gotta figure out a way to stop letting people tag along with me on my trips!

I can't remember if I've said "hi" on this PTR yet...but very excited to hear about this one...also you are making it very tempting for me to take a trip in Feb )...sigh...not sure it will happen, but I will dream along with you!

Nah, not Disney cruises. I had a Carnival cruise and a Norwegian cruise booked for my next two birthdays, but the plug has been pulled on both of them due to needing the money for adulting. Boooo!

Oh no!! I'm sorry to hear that. I know the feeling though. I'm trying to plan a family Disney trip for January of 2018 but every time I see the projected total cost I can't help but think of all the other important stuff I could do with that money. It's expensive to take a family of 6, all adults in the eyes of Disney!

Hey Billie, I was wondering if you were getting a Tables in Wonderland card. I know that the Annual Passholders now get some discounts on dining so didn't know if it was worth it to buy TiW..
I guess I'll have to take a look at the list of restaurants which are part of the discount and see if it's worth it for us.

Money money money!

I'm not, actually. I looked into it, and I just don't see myself saving enough on the two trips I'm taking to make it worth it. Plus I'm a fan of the Dining plan!

Hey, ya'll!

I know, I know. I've sorely neglected this PTR. So here goes an attempt at an actual update!

First of all, we are overdue for some dancing up in here, because 5 days ago was DOUBLE DIGIT DAY!

Also, a couple of changes have happened here... Our party of 9 has dropped down to a party of 6!

First, back at the beginning of October, Cheryl & Larry cancelled because they've decided to move to a new state and it's just not a good time.

So that took us down to 7!

And then at the beginning of this week. Dorethea found out her job is transferring her across the country at the beginning of December. It's a great opportunity though, so she couldn't pass it up.

So now that takes us down to a party of 6!

I haven't changed any of our ADRs yet because with the way this trip has been developing, I wouldn't be shocked if other people pop up and want to come along. So for now, we have 3 extra seats at all our meals, at least. Closer to the trip, I might try to adjust these if I can. If not, not a big deal.

Fastpass+ day is in less than a month. 3/6 of us have our tickets, and the other 3 know that they need to get theirs soon, so hopefully that will all go smoothly.

Money is going well, at the end of this month I should have everything saved up in my DVA, enough to pay off the trip plus spending money, etc.

Oh, I still need to book ECVs! I know myself and my aunt will each need one, I'll try to remember to knock that out tomorrow.

Since the September trip with my mom has been pushed back from 2017 to 2018, this will be my last Disney trip for about a year and a half. (Which means I'm also only getting 2 trips out of my Annual Pass instead of 3... booo!) I don't know what I'm going to do with myself! Go out of my mind, mostly likely!

Okay, that's all I got! I'll try to update here more often, I promise! It's all I can do to keep my TR and DR updates, and ,et's not even mention my total failure at keeping up with everybody else's threads, I know I'm woefully behind! Sorry! Love ya'll, I promise!

Sorry that friends have been droppin' from your trip...but no matter what it will be awesome ) And even two Disney trips in a year is awesome...and better than me this year unless something crazy happens and I can swing one lol.

Wow, the trip group is getting smaller and smaller ... but I'm sure it'll still be a fun bunch!

I totally understand the whole "going crazy with no trip for so long!!" thing. I'm 10 months out from my last trip with nothing on the horizon ... it's no fun. Adulting is literally the worst. People should be at Disney World at least once every 6 months. More if you can make it work. That's really just how the world should work.

Yeah, at least I get my two out of my annual pass. And I'll still get a trip in 2017 and a trip in 2018, they're just going to be forever apart from one another. It'll be the longest I've gone between trips in a while!

Monies, girl. Had to cancel several trips because if I don't get a better car, mine is going to fall out from under me soon. Adulting suuuuuucks. So after this February 2017 trip, I've got to put vacation money towards that instead. That's why the mother/daughter trip is now tentatively scheduled for September 2018. That gives me a year and a half in between trips to save save save.
