***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

We love WCC for breakfast! Sometimes eating so many big breakfasts on the trip when we go there I go a little lighter and have the oatmeal and the bagel with Nutella and fruit or the Bananas Foster French Toast. The antics have been there even when we go when they first open.
i love banana bread! I usually make savory choices but i will see how I feel at the time. I think i will be done with breakfast skillets at that point as we are doing 'Ohana breakfast earlier in the week and Garden grill the day before. honestly I'm thinking of what might pair with a milkshake lol... not even joking. i post the pic of yogurt now but the review will be banana bread French toast and a shake lol.

yes @Candycane83 shakes are on the menu at breakfast!

I have always wanted to go to Oregon! It's seriously on my must visit list! I've gotten as close as Seattle. So sorry about the flight issues though. :(

@Candycane83 What all are you open to on your last day? Is Pirates and Pals off the list officially?

oh wow @Lisa F....that look amazing! :flower:
Right now I still have pirates and pals booked but leaning towards canceling. I have three choices right now:

Cali grill brunch at 10:15am, spend day at MK and dinner at artist point at 7:05pm, early night then ppo next day

Cali grill brunch, stay at MK until 4:45, go to AP for 5:30 dinner and go to Epcot

Cali grill brunch at, stay at MK until 3pm, head to Epcot and have dinner there (probably Monsieur Paul or Le cellier)

I'm leaning towards the last one but DH keeps insisting on AP! I don't know what draws him to it so I'm keeping the first option for now

These are for our SDFP Magic Bands. On the left side it says Merry Christmas, and on the right side above the holes it says Walt Disney World, and below the holes 2016.

This is the one DH created for his regular MB.

Ooh I love these especially the Christmas one!!

Edit: @JamieOak i better just order them without showing DH lest I get another eye roll too :rotfl:

I love le cellier. another one it from my list. the mushroom filet is so good

OMG Where can you buy these?? I showed DH and he actually liked them, but he did roll his eyes.

Etsy and eBay! :)

@areno79 Since you posted the shirt pics, I have been window shopping on etsy for the last hour or so. I know M won't do a couple one (never gonna happen), but I've found such great shirts for me. Now I just hope it's not too hot that I won't be able to wear slouchy long sleeves.

Etsy is DANGEROUS for me!! I usually have one of the awesome people on the DISboards make me a personalized design and make my own t-shirts that way using an iron-on. We have personalized shirts for every trip except for my very first trip. (Which was VERY last minute...decided on a Tuesday to go to Disney and Thursday we jumped in the car and drove to Florida. LOL)

@Lisa F I'm sorry you had to get stuck and hope they can figure out what's going on with you. As for WCC, I normally love all things sweet for breakfast, but I love the pulled pork benedict there.

@Candycane83 We do love AP, but we also love LC (love the filet and the chocolate moose which is on the kid's menu) and have gone there every trip. It's actually M's favorite meal anywhere and he talks about it to others (he never talks about food at restaurants like I do).

@areno79 Um, what's an iron again (I never iron) and if I'm anything like my mother, iron-ons will not work for me. She used to try so hard when I was a child, and they were not successful.
LOL I found instructions online to make sure I didn't mess up and my shirts from 2009 are still fine!

Love the shirts!! How fun! :)

Okay, here are my FP plans for each day (as always, these are subject to change! ;) )

11/30 - Epcot: FEA, Living with the Land, Nemo and Friends (If FEA has no times available, Soarin' is the alternative, and we'll do rider swap)
12/1 - MK: pre MVMCP -- Jingle Cruise, Peter Pan, and Pooh (alternatives, Dumbo, IASW, and Buzz)
12/2 - HS: Beauty and the Beast (yes, I know this isn't a great tier one, but DD is loving princesses right now), Frozen Ever After, and Disney Jr (really no alternatives, if for whatever reason BatB isn't available, then we'll do TSMM) (DH wants ToT, Star Tours, and ????)
12/3 - MK: IASW, 7DMT, and Pirates (SDFP's for any of the mountains...per DH)
12/4 - No park day --- Unless FEA isn't available on any of our Epcot days/evenings!
12/5 - HS: TSMM, Muppets, and Frozen Ever After (girls with my parents, again this is all subject to whatever we decide Sept 30th)
12/6 - AK: Safari, Dino Spin, and the Lion King (would love to fit in Nemo, Flights of Wonder, and the train)
12/7 - MK: (Princess day! Got DD1 a BBB appt! BIG win of the day!), Ariel's Grotto, Princess Fairytale Hall, Enchanted Tales with Belle
12/8 - EP: FEA, Character Spot, and Turtle Talk (SDFP for Soarin?), With all EP days, we'll utilize the single rider line with TT.
12/9 - AK: safari, dino spin, ITTBAB? (last day, ME will pick up around 2:30 for flight home)

VERY kid/little girl oriented. DH and I will get to ride bigger rides in USF/IOA.

I woke up with morning wishing I could get DD a BBB appt in MK. I for sure thought that would be a big fat NO, especially for a non party day. Well, when I called, the CM told she had JUST hung up with someone cancelling their appt, and so we got it! EEK! 1:35pm. DD won't know till right before. And I know that evening, she'll love the dinner Chef Mickeys (though, I may scout for a 1900 Park Fare, and cancel the chef Mickeys)...

This is all finally coming together!

For those travelling with little girls, are you bringing any princess dresses with you? If so, how are you packing them? Will your daughter wear them each day in the park?

@areno79 Those are all super cute; I especially adore the second set!! :love:And lol about doing both CRT and HDDR--that's the BEST answer for sure! ;)

@Wood Nymph That's really helpful to know--thank you!! That's going to work into our plan nicely I think. Well, the original brainstorm plan, before the backup brainstorm plan---which is a WL visit pre-MVMCP plan! lol We'll have something festive on then. :santa:

For everyone who helped me with my CRT vs. HDDR open-mindedness ;)....I appreciate your input!! CRT it is! :yay:
Yay for the castle! :lovestruc
It's such a special place.
still doing 'Ohana for dinner but it is an earlier meal (3:30) and a later breakfast (10:00) so it might not be a bad idea to go somewhere where I can have the yogurt, berry and granola parfait instead of a full buffet given the spacing of the meals . it is also toward the end of our trip so we may be sick of eating by then.

:rotfl2:After all the planning none of us will want eat! All those hours searching...

this is from an older review... it's on the "starters" menu but would work for me (maybe with a side of bacon lol)
A-Refreshing-Alternative-to-a-Heavy-Breakfast-Fresh-Fruit-with-Ginger-Yogurt-and-Granola.jpg

Yum!!! This is a perfect breakfast!
Oh... I would pair this with the Carmel shake.

@Candycane83 yes, we flew to Oregon to surprise my mother in law for her 70th bday. She was so surprised but with two big flight delays due to mechanical issues (couldn't get an affordable nonstop from Washington DC) the trip took 14 hours. Ugh! At least Oregon is beautiful. I hope the flight back on tuesday is much easier!

Glad you had a safe trip! Oregon is stunning country. My siste lives in Eugene.

I love love love the Star Wars one! Both are great. My DD is in charge of MB decorating. I can't wait to see what she comes up with. :flower1:

Oh... Great options. It's so hard to choose! Keep both options until you get closer.
I am... :rolleyes1... But I've weaned from 6 out 10 to only 3. I blame Disney for not releasing SW. Tho when I look at 12/3 (I believe it will happen) and this thread will blow up with

The next day I'll be extra focused on FP selection. :coffee:

3 days!! The 27th.... it's getting so real!

congrats on the bbb! lucky little girl :) sounds meant to be!

It'll be great! Now we're just looking for the perfect dress. I won't be buying it in Disney.
Oh yay! Your DD is going to love BBB! We surprised my little cousin with an appt when we took her to Disney; it was the day of the MVMCP party, so they made her up to look like Snow White, and with her Snow White princess dress we had brought with us, she looked great for the party and felt so special! Not going to lie, I'm a little jealous adults can't go to BBB. :rotfl:

@BDFmom Thanks! I've been hounding DH for weeks to tell me what he wanted on his MB, and he couldn't make up his mind. Then he decided on Star Wars and he was a man on a mission! He did such a great job with it; he's so proud!

For those travelling with little girls, are you bringing any princess dresses with you? If so, how are you packing them? Will your daughter wear them each day in the park?

When we brought my niece, we always brought a princess dress or two. The year we went in Dec, we brought her reg. Belle and the holiday one. We bought the reg one online (not Disney store) and added some details to make it a little unique. The holiday one was bought at the Disney store just after Halloween for an awesome discount. We always let her wear her princess dress for breakfast/her princess meal, changed into comfy clothes and put the dress in a locker.

I'm going to surprise the girls with one costume each That they can wear to dinner that night. I don't think I'll even suggest wearing it in the parks. I haven't thought too much about packing them yet, but I think they'll roll up ok if I just squeeze them in the bottom somewhere :)
