Woohoo! When we heard about Star Wars days, my husband's interest was piqued and so was some of our friends! We're the first to put down a deposit, though and we'll see if the other two groups do. This will be our second cruise on the Fantasy.

So we're in the billing cycle where final payment is due - I gave our TA the go ahead to make final payment. HOLY COW. Woohoo!

I just did the same thing, even though as a newbie I still have over a month until mine is due. Pretty crazy though. I hate to wish away the holidays but I really can't wait for January!

Yeah, we're under the old rules of PIF at 75 days, but since we can book at 90 but you can't book until PIF...

But the TA hasn't charged it yet. Can you imagine? She didn't do it on a Sunday night? Really, now!!

And it looks like the Room Only discount doesn't apply to weekends in January, so I'm super bummed. No savings for me, there!

It's just a way to get names/locations, so we can go "OH HEY! ME TOO!" Like, finding out that @hmwinter85 and I live pretty close together (and have done nothing about it).

So I'm starting to look into the costs of going from Pop Century to Port Canaveral. With 4 people + private transportation tip, DCL is still cheaper but I think private transportation will give us the flexibility we want, in terms of timing. Anyone else staying at Pop, pre-cruise?

(Did I mention that we saved a whole $6 with the Room Only discount for January? HA!!)

My first court appearance with my ex is on Tuesday to try and get a court order to allow my kids to come on this trip. This is only a case conference (mandatory process in Ontario). Hopefully I'll find out something and will probably need to file an urgent motion to get this resolved as I need to know before final payment on Nov 1st if we will be going or not.

Wish me luck. So hard to get excited about this yet.

We live nearish to Port Canaveral, so no Disney hotel for us. I'm not sure if we will stay at a hotel near Port Canaveral anyway. I don't want to worry about car trouble or something.

We bought some more pieces this weekend for our costumes. First time in all our years together that Jeremy has ever dressed up, so I'm pretty excited. I just want to find a puffy/pirate/renassaince type blouse for cheap for the pirate costume but I'm not having much success. I will figure something out!
