I hope to one day have my wedding here!
I hope to one day have my wedding here!
I hope none of my friends sees me post over here because there is nothing official as of yet, but has anyone done an Escape (that's the small one, right?) at Disneyland and stayed around the $5000 mark (not including a dress)? The DL website doesn't even let me look at an Escape wedding for DL right now.
Thanks!
Why is there so much info for WDW brides but none for DL brides?
Does anyone know of anywhere else you can get info? I want to know good locations for photography, etc other than what info DL can give you. Why is there so much info for WDW brides but none for DL brides?
Hey, everyone. I just got married in Disneyland September 23, 2015 at the Brisa Courtyard, and reception at the Mark Twain room. I am hoping to be able to provide newer info to anyone that may be able to use it, but am not sure where to start....
Thank you!

Just curious but because there is no Escapes option for Disneyland, does that mean the Disneyland brides have to have a wedding party of at least 20 to have a wedding there? No elopements or more intimate weddings allowed?
Disneyland does offer the escape package for weddings! It's for the couple and up to 18 guests (20 people total) and includes a ceremony with a 4 hour reception that has a 3 course meal and cake. It also includes personal floral for the bride and groom.
The package that Disneyland does not offer is the Memories package.
Forgive me if this has been asked before in this thread, but is there a way to elope at the DL resort? I know there isn't a Memories package there but is it possible to arrange a similar type of ceremony at the Grand Cali? It seems like the DL weddings people are a bit more relaxed about how they do things than WDW.
Disneyland's DFTW offers their version of an escape package. The escape package for Disneyland includes a ceremony, officiant, bouquet/boutonniere, 4 hour reception with a 3-course meal, cake, and a bottle of sparkling wine. The package is limited to up to 20 people (so 18 guests plus the couple). Pricing starts at 5000 and it is an all inclusive package (meaning taxes and service fees are included in that 5k and not additional). There are a couple of ceremony sites offered at the Grand Californian Hotel.

This is the cheapest package Disneyland's DFTW offers. The Escape package can be booked six months out.
