Be Our Guest Lunch FastPass Thread [PLEASE read the FAQs in the first post!]

I've been following this thread, but still have a question. Not sure if it's been answered before or not. I know BOG lunch fp is not connected at all to the regular fastpass system, but does that mean it does not matter if there is a time overlap with your regular fastpasses? Say you have a fp for a ride 10:15-11:15 and another one 11:30-12:30. Would it be reasonable to try for a BOG fp for 11-11:30? Just want to make sure! :-)

Yes, you can.

I tried to collect my BOG lunch fastpass today and it told me that guest was already registered. I have been on the site but never received a fastpass as I wasn't in my window. Can anybody help? Thanks!

I'm confused as to what you are asking, did you log in and it told you that or did you try to create an account? If you give more specific info, I will try to help.

You should be able to book a FP+ 27 days before the day you want to dine. Within a few days of that window opening up you should receive an email from Disney with all the information you need to book it.

Need help. I followed both suggestions on the 1st page about finding my reservation # but have had no luck. I did option 1 but when i typed in "reservationnumber" under the search function, nothing showed up. I typed in just "reservation" and got a few highlights but nothing with a 43 or 44 number by it. I even typed in 43 and 44 for a search and only got those numbers mixed in with lots of others, no set 12-digit #. My trip is already paid so using suggestion #2 did not work at all because there was no option to click to send me to a url address. I don't check in until Nov 20 so I have plenty of time but does anyone have any other suggestions? We are driving in so no magic express for us either.

Disney will send you an email inviting you test the FP+ for BOG and it will have your reservation number in it. You can't even start booking until around October 25th so you should get the email within a few days of that (I got mine 2 days after my window opened). Also you can get it off the URL when you are able to start doing online checkin.

Anyone else having trouble logging into Beourguest website.
I've done it before, just to see if I could get in and it worked, now that I am ready to make my FP ressie, it won't let me log in, I get this message:

"We apologize for any inconvenience. Please stop by the Magic Kingdom® Service Center as soon as you arrive to the park for assistance logging in to the website or selecting an arrival window and preordering your meal."

I'm wondering if they are cutting us off?
I have not yet received an Email invite--and my not receive one. My 27 day was yesterday.

OK--ignore previous post!!

UPDATE:
I closed window and then opened a new one, went to BOG website and was able to log in and get my FP lunch ressie!!:cheer2:

I'm not sure why I wasn't able to get into it two different times but the third time was the charm. :crazy2:

In the first page, there's a paragraph that says

You can only have one reservation number attached to one login at a time, so if you have more than one reservation number for a given stay, you will need to create multiple accounts using different email addresses (see below for tips on making such bookings).

What does it mean for a given stay? If I have a reservation for October and one for March, is that a problem?

Sent from my Nexus 7 using DISBoards

yes, the only ressie# the system will recognize is the first one you sign in with which is why people have had to set up/use another e-mail for subsequent resort stay.

I would not worry too mcuh about it, by the time your March stay rolls around the BOG FP+ may have changed how it works.

I finally got it!!:cool1: Remember it was only giving me 6 days ahead?

So I did as others suggested by making a new email not associated with current reservations. I then went to the beourguestlunch website, added the new email, and typed in our res. #. It Worked!!!:cheer2:

I now have my reservations for Sept 8th and the time we wanted.

You should be fine since your stays are months apart. I booked it for our trip in February and again for our upcoming trip in September with no problem.

I've changed all the emails associated with my reservation about 3 times for each person and still not working. Even got the BOG FP invite email today but sadly is still showing the wrong week (pushed back trip 2 weeks).

At this point, do I need to wait until I'm in Disney to try to make a FP?

It just says guest already registered when I try to log in. It won't let me past the sign in screen.

This is what I did.

1. Used an old email address that I only use for spam
2. logged in to Beourguestlunch site
3. Used old email and used current reservation.

WORKED!

I suggest you creating a NEW gmail email , logging into beourguest, and using reservation #. GOOD LUCK!

Yes, I tried to log in. Confused.

Hi All,

I have no idea what I am doing - I am obviously trying to do a FP for BOG lunch and am staying onsite. I have logged on to the beourguest website and it is only coming up with some dates for our stay, I tried to book one for a few of our dates and it says There are no fastpass available - does this mean they are all gone and how do I see the rest of our dates?

Did you check out the first post of the thread? It should answer all of your questions. Just to summarize... It will only let you start 27 days out for each day and only the first 7 days of your trip.

I was able to successfully book a lunch fastpass at BOG this morning for 9/18. I preordered the food selections for my mom, sister and 4yo niece, but was unable to select a dessert :mickeybar for my niece. Granted, when selecting my niece's food, I was prompted to pick from several sides (ie, veggies, fries, applesauce, etc), one of which was a cookie. I know that she will want a cupcake or ice cream of some sort, particularly since us 3 adults all chose a cupcake for our dessert. So here's my question...

For those of you who have used the dining plan for kids & have changed your food selection when you arrived: were you able to select a dessert once there as part of the dining plan allotment for a child?

Thanks for any help you can give. I can't wait for my girls' getaway. Just a few more weeks til we're at Pop (1st timers! :hippie: ) and surprise :ssst: my 4yo niece with her first flight and trip to Disney!! ::minniemo

:thanks:

the desserts you mention are not options on the DDP at BOG for children. You can use a snack credit to order something. My sister and i had the same issue last year with our kids; we split our dessert with the kids. In fact there was so much food on the DDP most of the time we gave our kids under 10 our desserts; too many calories.
