Are you leaving from PHL or TTN?

New castle....I timed it and its not much further than driving to phl. It saved us about $400 flying out of there so ill do it.

I'm a little too nervous about going to this movie. Even though this house is in my hometown you would think it would compell me to go. The woman that lives there now has been having all kinds of weirdos showing up at her house at night trying to get pictures. I have the book which is in two parts, I'm just starting to read it now.

I posted this in part 3 because i thought we were done here, but I see everyone is still posting....soooo.....lol

I'm at SAHM/substitute teacher from NC (about 20 minutes from Fort Bragg)....am I the only southerner on here?!

I need help deciding on the photopass+. I'm not completely sold on it. We will be traveling with my parents in November so they will be able to take family shots with my camera and we've never purchased ride pics...although it would be nice to have a some. Is it worth the money? Or can we just have my parents take our family pics or ask a CM to take shots when we need everyone in the pic?

We live near Raleigh, NC. I am a SAHM, DH works in IT. I lead two Girl Scout troops and volunteer at school. First year with a middle schooler, so we will see how that goes this year. We spend about $7000, but we stay Deluxe (AKL) and go for 10 days, so it's all good.

We are spending about $4000 on the trip and I paid for our airfare with points. We normally drive down (20 hours) so the boys are thrilled we get to fly.

And so I don't look like a bum.......:rotfl2:
I am a sahm and I stay busy volunteering for the school district, chamber of commerce and the church. I do that when I am not driving the kids to school, practice, lessons, etc............ I can't wait for school to start, even though the volunteering time increases, the driving time decreases.

I have really enjoyed this thread!

Hmmm. I'll have to check out that option as well...I'm not sure exactly how far New Castle is from me.

Wow. I feel bad for her. I almost think when they make true stories they shouldn't give away addresses or cities just for this exact thing.

I got 4 round trip tickets with frontier out of new castle to mco for $814. I couldn't pass that up.

So what do you guys do for a living? We gotta pay for these trips somehow, right? :cool1:

I am currently a SAHM. I was an Ob nurse but after I had my youngest I decided that I wanted to be home with the kids.

Joe... Are u in WV?

Yeah, airfare jumped up in price a LOT! We are considering flying out of Trenton to save money. The prices were cheaper but now they've increased too. I'm waiting it out until the drop again, I read somewhere 49 days prior to departure is the time to buy.

I just checked out Trenton fares. It says something about service suspended Sept 9-Nov 7 due to runway upgrades, so we wouldn't have been able to fly from there anyway. Good to know for the future, though.

Awesome! Where are you staying? Does this nclude everything....food, souvenirs?

We're staying at pop. We got fd back in May so that was a huge savings. That's not including souvenirs but we have money set aside for those. Both of my kids got a bunch of gc's for their bdays for our trip and my dh and I have money set aside as well.

I haven't seen the movie so I don't know if they give the name of the town but if you read the book it starts with the perron family living in Cumberland RI then moving to that house in burrillville ri.
