Early November Travelers! For those arriving Nov 1 ~ Nov. 17

I'm staying at the French Quarter from November 5-November 12. I haven't heard from my travel agent yet but I'm pretty certain I can get free dining!! This has made my day!!

We are staying at the Poly for the first time Nov 6-7 prior to a 3 day DCL cruise

Can wait for that awesome pixie dust floating through the air on our arrival to the magic of everything Disney

We are booked at Pop for 11/10-11/17 with FD! Now I am concerned that we should switch weeks. I didn't realize when Veterans Day is and I am hearing about Jersey Week. Can anyone enlighten me about this and it will affect my dates? We are really spoiled with low January crowds and try to avoid them as much as possible. TIA!

Today was a big day! I finally booked our outgoing flights (free with SW rewards points), finally registered for the Wine and Dine 1/2 marathon, and even bought After Hours Finish Line Party tickets for my family (with Wells Fargo debit reward gift card).

Yay to finalizing everything and double yay to reward points!!

Also snapped up free dining on Monday. We will now be staying at CBR instead of AoA, same dates 11/9-20.

You are there my week!! this will be our 3rd year in a row to go this week...usually Veterans Day is at the beginning of that weekend, not the end---the F&W is what usually concerns me..so, I avoid Epcot till Monday..and I like to read Easy wdw for his crowd recommendations and touring plans...then we just try to avoid the crowd...after that the week really slows down....it was slow in January, but the weather in Nov is so much nicer and we get to see the Christmas decorations!!!! You will be fine!

We are going the exact same week! I think we'll be okay because Jersey week ends on our arrival day...and most people do not get off of work for Veterans day. So really I think that Sunday and Monday might be a little more busy than the rest of the week, but I've heard it's a great week to go crowd wise

I just got really nervous last night when I realized it was around Jersey week, a marathon, and Veteran's Day. I will just have to figure out which park to go to on Monday for crowd levels. We usually skipped the parks on Sunday, go to DTD, and more than likely explore AoA.

Monday's not the day I would worry about. It's Saturday and Sunday. Many will be traveling home on Monday.

I always go the first or 2nd week of November, and have never been noticed the so called "jersey week" phenomenon. Love going that time of year.

We come to WDW every other year for Jersey Week- I am a teacher in NJ.
I have noticed that the crowds have increased over the years from when we first started our "pilgrimage" in 2002. In fact, the first couple of times, that time period was listed as "value season".
However, my "plan" always lets us avoid most of the crowds. We are at the parks at the-as my husband would say- "butt crack of dawn"-before the parks open. We ride all the big rides, eat lunch, head back to the Poly for a nap/swim and then back to the parks to "close 'em down"!
I am so excited to be doing the X-mas Party this year. It has NEVER been available during our times there. Some of the x-mas decorations have been up, but have never been to the party.
Hoping for a RO for our time!

We just booked a trip for early November (Nov 8-12) and can't wait! It will be out first trip with DD-9mo, and it looks like we're staying at the Poly (unless we get a pin or discounts get released that can't be beat somewhere else....we've stayed at WL our last few trips, and love it there too).

We're looking forward to taking DD - definitely will be a different experience with a baby in tow - but we're excited!!

Did you book with free dining? It starts the 9th so you can do a room only for the 8th. Sorry if you already know about it, just making sure you get a discount!

Well, I now have my dates set for 11/10-11/19. Our flights were cheaper to fly on home on Monday even after paying for the extra hotel nights. Now I just need to check out the crowd levels and plan our days accordingly.

OMG! We just decided that we are going November 2-8, 2012!!! We have always booked with plenty of time in advance before, but now I'm alittle nervous about booking our ADR's!! We are going to stay at AKL and I'm so excited!!!!
