Hi all! I am counting down the days til I get to spend the night in the Magic Kingdom!

I was so inspired by the number of DISer who will making there way out for "One More Disney Day" that I joined in the efforts of the DISboards POWER of 10 effort to raise money for Give Kids the World!

We are all of lucky to be able to make the trip to Disney for this fun event; wouldn't it be great to pass that good fortune on to others? Give Kids the World helps provides Magical vacations for children with life-threatening diseases and their families. I'd love to be able to give these special kids "One More Disney Day" too!

I'll be there! And I'm sort of bummed that I didn't think this through and make plans to be in BOTH parks on Leap Day.

Totally doable with the extended hours and I still have my premier passport.

We leave this weekend and I am packed and ready to go. Well, I've actually BEEN packed for weeks now......

I can't wait for the 24 hour day...but I can't decide if I should stay at MK all 24 hours, or try to attempt to hit all four parks in the day...what are others doing? Thoughts??

I am doing 4 parks in one day. Starting and ending at MK.

I'm guessing that's so they have enough time to do cleanup/maintenance before the park opens for regular operating hours on the 1st.

Something else worth printing out - where to find outlets in the Magic Kingdom for any phones/camera that might need to get recharged.

I'm just so darn excited to be able to get Casey's at 4 am!!!!

No problem! I've been keeping an eye open on Twitter and some other sites looking for times/info since I plan on bringing my video camera and want to record as much as possible to do a video montage when I get home. Figured there were going to be other people as anxious as I was to know what's going on, since Disney hasn't posted much on their blog for WDW yet.

I'm definetly in .... DD and I just got our annual passes and I'm waiting for the disney website to come back up so I can book our hotel. We will be heading out right after DD13 finished the FCAT writing test in the morning. I know she's going to be so excited to go that she won't even be able to concentrate on the test.

I wonder if there will be any Disney-holic who will start the day at WDW MK. Put in some hours, and then hitch a plane to Cali to end the day at DL. It may sound nuts, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if someone does it! Is that someone YOU??!!

I am IN! Booked this morning. Flying in for 48 hours. This is going to be a blast!

Oh, and yes, I feel very guilty about the rest of the family not being able to go. But a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do...go to the Magic Kingdom!

I'm leaving the kids home with hubby and my Mom is bringing me. Hubby doesn't care but it's the kids I'm worried about. I haven't told them yet. Planning on gently mentioning it in the next day or so!!! I know they are going to be crushed. People keep telling me to just say I'm taking a little trip but, I feel like I can't lie to them! I plan on bringing the some presents home so they will know that's where I've been. I too feel slight twangs of guilt.
